Stopped in on Sunday to look at prom dresses. We waited for the gentleman in an empty store to greet us, when he disnt I asked to look at dresses and he snapped at us; No! We don't do prom dresses on the weekends. What? With no customers. So weird. It's prom season and we drove from Oshkosh. Super disappointing and strange!

Was shopping for a prom dress for my daughter and we decided to try Elaine’s in Green Bay, I am so glad we did. Sam helped us through the entire process even after trying the same three dresses on three different times. She was so knowledgeable as to what my daughter may like and giving suggestions. Her being a high school student is a huge help to knowing what the girls might like. She was so personable and helpful. Elaine’s is lucky to have such a wonderful young lady like Sam to work for them. She made our experience fun and easier than I thought it might be.

The Staff at Elaine's in Appleton have been nothing short of AMAZING! Since day 1 they have been wonderful to work with. They were the first and only place I went and found my wedding dress, off the rack. I also went through them for alternations. I felt the alternations that were needed for my dress were reasonable price wise.During the wedding planning process I had gained a little bit of weight and when it came time to start doing alternations.. my dress was a little tight. They let me come in and try on my dress a few times and sit in it to help stretch it out, which I felt it helped. When it came to alternations they listened to my concerns and what I felt I needed to be comfortable for the big day.I worked with Grace, Lindsey (might be spelled wrong) and the seamstress, that sadly i can't remember her name! All 3 were wonderful!I would recommend them in a heart beat!!

I was not able to find my dream dress, but the staff was really friendly. I had an appointment when there was a big sale and could shop from the racks. I wish there could have been more guidance from the stylist on picking out dresses to try on. Maybe if it was not a sale weekend more guidance would have been given.

Rude employees. No down payment plan like the employee stated there was over the phone. So fed up with this place and how they treat people. Unbelievable oh wait I guess it's not Unbelievable. It's how companies function now. The new norm.

I just there not even 15mins and lady front desk with pink/purple hair starting screaming at my kid for walking back & forth there no need to raise your voice especially on 4yr kid. worst store to shop for wedding dresses.

Every rude employees, would not recommend everyone coming here to Appleton store don’t know how Green Bay is. My daughter and her bridesmaids went for dresses, had a appointment and when my daughter was talking with the lady, I myself was looking at hairpieces, I was told that I had to stay with the party because I could get lost, and I said I just wanted to look at hairpiece and everyone can see me and I can see them, I wasn’t rude just couldn’t understand why I couldn’t look at hairpiece, so that lady went and got another lady and she told me the same thing, so I went back by the wedding party and one of my daughters bridesmaids asked me what was going on, so I told her, now the bridesmaids could try on dresses but my daughter couldn’t and she asked why and the lady told her because of how “I” talked to her, so therefore my daughter would not be able to try on any dresses, so we went to David’s Bridal and was treated very good and the girls got there dresses, so Elaine’s miss a sell and I would think twice before going to Elaine’s

We didn't recieve any help after getying an initial room. Not sure we'll go back. I felt very ignored compared to the other teens and moms. We went to macys - found an amazing dress 250.00 less, with customer service..priceless

I couldn't imagine going anywhere else after the wonderful experience I had finding my dress! Gina was kind, knowledgeable, patient and was able the answer any of questions my mom or I had. Very excited to be an Elaines bride!
