I’ve shopped here before many times but my recent purchase wasn’t all that great. First off when I was in there in the morning check out instead of the manager who was already on the register checking me out. They proceeded to call/shout for a worker who was busy and helping another customer who had questions. She had to leave the customer to help me which made me feel bad. When she explained she was helping a customer the manager just told her she need her to check me out rudely. Later on I realized I paid for my purchase with the wrong card. I went back and asked to do a return and then rebuy the items with the right card. I think it was the store manager or a possible higher up manager who helped me. When I explained the situation she seemed very hesitant to do so. Explaining how it would take 7-10 business days to be refunded to my card. I told her I was fine with that. She still seemed reluctant. Almost like I was inconveniencing her. She finally did it and I paid for the items with the right card.

I visited yesterday evening (8-21-23) with my son, we had travelled over an hour to get to Fox River Mall and after already hitting the play center and lunch my son was way overtired and not behaving as well as he normally does. Being around that many people in that environment is hard enough for me but even more difficult with a child. Giving 5 stars to Emma personally, she approached me and asked if she could help me find anything, mentioning that she could see I was anxious. She continued to make conversation with me which helped a LOT, and even picked out a beautiful blue/green dress that she thought would look good on me (alas I’m short and it was way too long) comforted me with a hug, and gave my son a squishy frog to play with while I was in the dressing room trying stuff on. An actual angel on earth who does way more than her job requires and has a way with people. I appreciate your kindness and sympathy towards me

Great items as always but HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY. I tried to return a shirt with the original tag and receipt. I bought it 2 days ago but it was unacceptable because the original tag wasn't physically attached to the shirt. This has definitely made me reconsider shopping here again.

Came shopping with my baby and my partner. We were at the back of the store checking some items out and our baby was in her stroller. Some employee swung the employee door open and slammed it into my babies stroller causing her to wake up and cry. I understand wrong place wrong time, but she just gave a short “sorry” and walked off. Extremely rude, terrible staff.

After loving this company, despite poor pay and supporting them Loyally for five years, made one mistake and was terminated without a single mark on my name. I used to love this store, but the vibe switched to an incredibly passive, disrespectful tone. The average starting for a keyholder for the company is $17, After all of my time I was making $12.50

I absolutely love this store but i I will never be coming back. My fiancé was racially profiled and an employee followed me around the store. She was three feet away at all times, I had a hard time enjoying my experience.

1st time in the store today. Absolutely impressed withe Jessica and her willingness to show me around the store . She was very friendly and great with my kids . We will deffanly be back soon :)) we all enjoyed the experience.

Got a crystal here that comes from Brazil , everything was perfect until I got come and noticed small bubbles on the crystal ! Like some kind of coating. It scratches off and not my crystal looks horrible because idk how to take it all off...
