Went shopping today in this store. I bought $35 in items. You think the guy would give me the discount today ..nope ..but the other clerk bought Pokémon items he scanned the $5 off coupon and then he went right back to work behind counter . Slip shot male clerks..think of thy self before customers.. they seemed like goof off day ...Let's be professional people out here...think twice about going to this heartless store

Went shopping here today. The employee heidi was so rude. Yelled at me for scanning and wanted to know why..like what? It's meant to b used. She was just awful.. The scanner is on the app for finding deals..she was so mean about it and awful

Yesterday I came into this store in dire need of some baby diapers for my infant. By using my phone number I got a discount on the Luvs diapers. Instead of 8 bucks they were only 6 dollars and some change. I got to the register and after swiping my card 4 times the same result. It declined. I went home told the wife and it showed the 6 bucks and change as pending. I thought it had worked but upon coming back to the store talked to the Manager or GM I'm not sure who it was but thisreal nice lady I had seen earlier. I walked out of the store bummed and worried about what to do for diapers. I got almost to my vehicle and heard a lady yell excuse me sir. Here are the diapers I don't want your baby to have to go without diapers. No you don't have to do that for me yes it's ok. I told the lady thank you but never got to catch her name. Hopefully I see her again in the near future. I just wanted to share my story. It may have only seemed like 6.50 bucks but to me it was a very kind deed that shouldn't go overlooked. Thank you to the kind sweet lady again. If you read this thank you I got home and told the wife and she was also very appreciative . I couldn't wait to tell the wife what had happened.

Today, Dec 10, around 7:30pm, the lady who check us out had the most disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. She was a younger teen with blonde hair. She was on her phone the entire time checking us out. She was onFaceTime and would continue to check us out while talking on the phone with the phone propped up on the scanner for the register. There were multiple times she completely stopped scanning our items and picked up her phone, put it to her ear, and completely ignore us. Never once said hello. Most disrespectful customer service I’ve experienced. We had a very full cart and came out to $319.60…she was on the phone the whole time. There were also about 5 items that did not have barcodes and she said “this stupid thing won’t scan, whatever, I’ll just give this to you for free”
