Our transmission failed in Sister Bay while on vacation. Peter was responsive and worked quickly to get us back to Sturgeon Bay. We ended up having to tow to Green Bay as well and Peter was communicative and very helpful during a stressful time. I highly recommend them and would give more than 5 stars if I could - thank you so much for everything!!

Ownership (looking at you Chad) needs a wake up call. Must be rough losing 3 mechanics in a matter of weeks due to your incompetence. Prospective employees and customers alike, be prepared to be taken advantage of if you make the mistake of stopping here!
Edit: Seeing as you cant have this review removed by Google, like you can on Yelp - updating my review to let people know that you're not making any improvements, and simply trying to hide the truth :)

The staff was transparent about the pricing and they gave me specifics about what was to be done to my vehicle before they did any repairs. After a bad experience at a nearby mechanic, I made sure and did my research about pricing and after DC Auto Repair finished with everything, their bill was below what I averaged the cost might be. The repairs were done a few weeks ago and my car continues to be in great working condition. I will return if I have issues in the future because it's not easy to find trustworthy guys who know what they're doing and will give a fair price to a mom (with very little knowledge about cars) like me.

Chad at DC is AMAZING!
Brought my 2018 F150 in for a second opinion on an electrical issue. Something didn't seem right with the information I was getting from a dealership mechanic. Chad was able to find the true problem that was completely unrelated to what dealership wanted to replace for almost $2,000. Save me A lot of time and money. We will be taking our vehicles to DC for all of our automotive needs. Thanks Chad!

Everything was well explained before they worked on our truck and I am happy with the work performed and the timing, but unfortunately one of the primary reasons we came in was not resolved, something is still loose that is evident when you go over a bumpy road, so we will need to keep looking for that
