The times my husband & I have come to fulfill a prescription here because we thought it would be convenient; the Hispanic looking girl working the register is always rude. One time she ignored us completely having a full on chat with her friend; back turned. She has an attitude & rude tone & we saw her associates feel the same as she bossed one around & she rolled her eyes behind her back.

The cashier on 01/20/2024 @ 3:45 pm was so ruse and disrespectful truly. I never had a problem with any employee but her. Just watch the video tape , you'll see the treatment she passed on.

I would give a zero if I could. They just chose not to fill my script because insurance didn’t match. No call to clarify. No option to pay cash without insurance. Let’s just put it on hold. Then when I arrive to pick it up, they are too busy to fill it. Come back tomorrow,they say. Like it’s no big deal and my antibiotics aren’t important.

I stopped in to pick up a prescription for amoxicillin for my grand son. Pharmacist showed me two bottles of amoxicillin and then the checkout person handed me two bags. When I got home, I noticed that one bag had the two bottles of amoxicillin in it, and the other bag was a completely different prescription that I didn't ask for. I asked my son-in-law about the second prescription and he said the doctor cancelled that one, since my grandson didn't need it anymore. I tried to return it and was rudely told they could not refund my money for the second prescription that I didn't ask for. Walgreens would have handled this situation much better.

CVS pharmacy area used to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and available. In the last year (like many businesses) there is a lack of trained and knowledgeable (or even customer service oriented) staff. Also, never trust your texts - numerous times I get a text saying things are ready only to drive there, be told it's not ready or they don't have the item at all; and drive away with a "just wasted my time again" look on my face. When you ask them about this or ordering in general, complete lack of knowledge. Today I called and the answer I got to my question was "I only work here once I week, so I don't know"....well that was helpful, Thank you so much ;)

Sent my daughter to grab my sons inhaler. Sent her a picture of our HSA card so she can show them on her phone and pay the bill since my husband was in Madison and had the card. My son used the last of his inhaler and needed one for basketball so my daughter was on her way. This lady wouldn't let her pay with the card since it was on her phone and she had shown ID. They said they don't allow that. It's not policy. I called and spoke to Karen she talked over me and interrupted me. Not policy? I have NEVER had the original card with me! They have ALWAYS taken it off my phone!!! Policy? Meanwhile my son has no inhaler. Nice! Great job lady. Policy? Then at least 4 other employees broke policy. Either way. Shady place!

I was there on Friday evening and encountered 2 of the nicest Employees of CVS. I'm on vacation and I need medication which I had forgotten. This was on a Friday night. A young man, Josh was there and also another who's name I did not. Know they were both very efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Thank you CVS for hiring these employees. I'll never cause my sleeperiod I live across from a CVS, In my Hometown, I wish these 2 people worked there.

They remember customers by name. It's the most comfortable pharmacy experience I have ever had.
