We ordered a set of 4 Vossen 24" HF6-3 wheels mounted on Nitto Recon Grappler 305/35R24. Once they were put on the vehicle, it was immediately noticed to be a rough, vibrating ride. After getting it checked by a shop, they said all 4 rims were bent. Custom offsets worked with me to get them sent back for warranty. Unfortunately, they were not covered under the warranty parameters. Upper management, specifically Jake, was extremely helpful in getting this resolved and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and had exactly what we paid for. The wheels and tires look great on my Yukon! Definitely make sure you inspect your product when it arrives and notify them immediately if you have a problem or if there was damage during shipping. They'll work with you to get it resolved and make sure you're a happy customer!
Their prices were cheaper than our local shops. And we were able to get the wheels clear coated, something the local shops didn't offer. Will buy from them again when the need arises.

Best place to buy after market accessories. Bought 4 Vision wheels, arrived quicker than anticipated & packaged very well! 💯% satisfied! Thank you Custom Offsets! Have yet to install on 2016 GMC Canyon waiting on a new set of tires.

I reach out to them when I hit a pot hole ans bent my rim. I went to rims shop in my city they did not carry my rim..so i heard about customs offset..on the website it will only allow you to purchase 4 or more rims. I only need 1..so i left a message and someone reach back out within and hour..and my rim was delivered in 3 day of talking to him..I really appreciated how fast and knowledgeable they were.. thanks guys! I will definitely be buying rims from yall again.

The wheels were damaged upon arrival and no wheel nuts where with the package. Called and sent pictures to them of the damage. They were only willing to give me a $200 credit also was told I was going to be Getting the wheel nuts at a later date still never arrived I ended up having to by some from the place I was having mount them.

Their warranty department sucks. They only work through email, and I can't even get them to read what I'm trying to convey to them. It's like they just send back generic answers. As to not help. Can't get them on the phone, yet they answer fast when placing an order. Not good customer service. If I can't get this issue resolved I'll never buy from them again nor recommend them to anyone other than stating what I've said above.
