I'm big when it comes to privacy. With that said the building is a big room with little in it no other noise so voices carry. While I was in there the staff voice could be heard clear across the store and another customer came up standing right behind me and I had to ask them to step away they said they didn't care about my info or how much I was paying but I felt it was none of their business and they didn't need to be right on us.

A good place to go and get a cellphone plan. They have variety of decent phones and plenty of montly plan choices without the hook (2 year plan requirements) that bigger phone companies have.

Thank you Cricket for being a dedicated and dependable phone provider. I have been a customer for 8 years. I have never had to call you or stop into your store because I have never had connection/coverage issues, I have never had billing or payment issues, and I have never had my rate increased. I have been approached by other carriers to switch but I turn them down every time because I already have the best provider. Thank you!

Probably the worst phone number migration I’ve ever dealt with (not the store’s fault) but shoutout to Bobbi, Nick, and Amaury (hope I spelled that right) for being patient and working to get our numbers ported over from Verizon. Would love to see more staff at the location but otherwise good service!

Used Black Friday Special to get new phone plan and come to Cricket. I am the manager and needed another employee to do my purchase and discount etc. Cricket does have Great coverage. Highest plan is $60 unlimited everything plus 15gb of extra hot spot, 150gb of extra cloud storage and HBO MAX IS FREE...

It's sad when we have to go all the way to Appleton, because our store in New London is... well... lacking. But the people at this store in Appleton make it worth the trip. Knowledgable and friendly, they're the full package!
