The nicest vet office I have been to. Separate entrance for Cats, very clean, incredibly nice and helpful team. They have raised the bar on vet services, Dr. Angela and team were so patient, informative, and spent time w/ my pet and took cues on her likes/dislikes. I highly recommend this office and team.

I would recommend their services to everybody. Unfortunately, my outcome wasn't what I would have hoped for, but everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, caring, fit us into their schedule and great to work with.

This is by far the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. The staff and veterinarians have been amazing . It's nice to have a clinic that answers the phone and returns calls really quickly. I love being able to ask questions and have support for an elderly pet when other clinics just want to give up and put him to sleep due to age.

Lost my little girl on May 16, 2023. She was the sweetest little dog. It was so hard to put her down but I loved her too much to let her suffer. The staff at Countryside Vet were so kind and caring knowing how difficult this was. They provided a little room for myself and son to spend Bella. We were given as much time as needed. I can't say enough about them and would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Brian is the best . Not sure I like they sold to a corporate company but as long as we can still see Dr. Brian we will continue to go here. He helped us with one of our dogs when we had no choice left but to let him walk the rainbow bridge . Dr. Brian was very compassionate never once rushed us and even sat with us for awhile. He made sure nothing was rushed or roughly handled . Way better then most vets . Dr. Brian is the best of the best.

It makes me very sad to write this review. For over 18 years, Amber and Dr. Jay have provided excellent, loving care for all of our dogs - and they hold a place in our hearts for their compassion, dedication and knowledge. However, in the past six months, we have had to leave Countryside due to poor care. We made it through the transition with Dr. Jay leaving with Amber's help. Unfortunately, a simple staph infection on our beloved dog's foot was NOT properly diagnosed or treated and the result was five months of horror for the dog and us and thousands of dollars spent - that was not needed to be spent. Fortunately, we have now found a knowledgeable, caring vet and staff at Heritage Animal Hospital and while the loss for our dog is not reversible, we are thankful for the better care and caring staff that we have been treated by. Please be careful on who you trust for your pet's care ----

Had a standard visit. Showed up a bit late but had no problems. Doctor and assistants were super helpful and informative.

Horrible.. absolutely horrible, unprofessional and 2-faced. Very concerned when talking face to face but when you reach out for help it's just not there. Dog came down with diabetes was told to administer insulin and contact them in 4 days.. not instructed how to administer it, not told to get numbers or anything, basically just call us in 4 days and let us know if your dog is dead or alive. Then they didn't even call the prescription in.. had to go through their third party answering service to get them to have the on call doc call me back to even get the damn prescription. Got more advise and instructions from the pharmacist at walmart than these people ever gave me. Then my dog is so dehydrated I haven't been able to get enough blood to get a glucose reading and trying to help my poor dog that has been dying before my eyes.. called and asked for a prescription for fluid to get him to at least drink water. Had to call back at the end of the day because there was no communication. Vet finally called at the end of her shift suggesting I call her if I need help. Called back and left a message that I was taking care of the dog at the moment and didn't hear the phone and could she please call me back again. Now they are closed.. no call, no message, no nothing. Guess I just need to wait until the morning. Over the past month of care with these people my dog has gone from 17 pounds to 12.5, no longer eats or drinks water, has diabetes that I can't even test the level because he is so dehydrated he can't even get a drop of blood out big enough to test and they simply don't give a shit. I think at this point it is too late to save my dog but I am going to try a different vet tomorrow and see if there is anything they can do. I'll never use these people again nor will I ever say a good word about them. You would think if you are paying higher than average rates for care you should at least get the same attention and care that the "cheap" vets provide.

The only place I will bring my pets. Dr. Katie is phenomenal. The staff is always great and attentive. Their prices are on par for service. Overall, I recommend this vet to anyone that asks. Been coming here years and have never had a bad experience.

My Dog ? had a medical issue when I was up nort. I called to see if he could be seen. They gladly offend same day appointment.But I was to far away.They gave next day appointment.For that I'm am greatful ?
