Everytime I go to a Costco tire shop. I'm always disappointed and end up leaving due to corporate policies. It has become not worth shopping here for tires. The policies are overly excessive and the same thing can be bought else where for simular or less prices. All other things costco tend to be pretty good and on point. Happy shopping!

I love Costco! The employees are always helpful and the store is always clean and orderly. They have excellent prices and you can find things that you can't find anywhere else.

Our whole family loves Costco. My kids love going their too. It's a family event when go. I love the Costco has a little of everything. So many choices and varieties. A lot of healthy options too! It's a one stop place! Employees at the Appleton location are very friendly, helpful, focused and fast.

I needed a prescription medication filled that had to be ordered. They were trying to tell the Doctor's office what medication and dosage "IF" they wanted them to fill it. They refused to order the proper medication needed. When I wanted my prescription medications transferred to another Pharmacy, they didn't comply. They were given an ultimatum, or face a complaint with the licensing board for their Pharmacists.

I was stuck in line for literally 10 minutes while some Costco employee tried to talk the guy in front of me into buying a Costco credit!?! The guy refused not once, but twice, but the women kept on trying to sell him the card! I told the Costco person who loaded my goods on the check out to put them back into my cart so that I could find a line that was actually moving, but she refused. Appleton Costco sucks!!!!

Shop here all the time. Had tires that wore ahead of the warranty and they covered it far better than we expected. Never been disappointed yet.

Jeremy is a fantastic pharmacist!!! He explains everything you need to know about a medication and makes sure you understand what he is saying. The pharmacy team is always helpful, polite and friendly. And we save a lot of money coming here compared to Walmart or Walgreens for our prescriptions!!!

Great, Friendly customer service desk staff. Resolved an issue with price adjustment immediately. The GB location customer service staff are rude and not willing to help. This location is top notch and goes the extra mile for their customers.

This place is so much better than Sams it offers so much more, and at least they have real employees instead of a lid of self checkouts. The employees they do have have been nothing but nice when ever I have been there the store itself is clean but the food court area always seems to be messy and dirty but I don't eat at it because the food is overpriced so my 5 star review has nothing to do with that area.
