Haven’t been her in about 10 years because the employees where not properly trained how to do propane , nothing has changed they are still clueless won’t be coming here again

I would give this gas station a 1 star rating due to the employee "NO STARS" as they are rude. Especially tonight the employee tonight gave me attitude when I was there getting a propane exchanged. Thw propane wasnt wirking so ibwent back to get a new one. I explained to her the the proane she gave me does not work and asked for a new one.She tried to correct me and tell me i was at fault. Second time explaining to the employee she let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes and walked outside without speaking a word to me. I let my husband know and she gave him the same negative attitude and body language.

Propane fill hours are posted. I got there a half hour before close and was told I could not get my tank filled. There was no other sign indicating a change in hours. Don't post hours if you can't follow them.

Not a good stop by any means. Dudes outside begging for coins...guy behind the plexiglass was rude. I paid almost 3.00 for an ice tea...got home and opened it...it was disgusting...it had expired 4 months prior. That's what I get for not checking dates but I didn't think I needed to there! Now I do everywhere!! Go elsewhere!

We're from out of town. I looked up local prices on gas and this Citgo said it had gas for less than area stations so we drove out of our way to gas up there only to find the price was not as it said on the web site I used. Mind you I know prices can change daily but usually in the mornings from my own personal experience working in gas stations and convenience stores in the past. But it was late afternoon almost evening hour(4:30pm) when we were in that area.I have had good experiences with the gas app I used so I was a bit disappointed and aggravated we wasted our time and gas traveling to this station. I'll stick to the Shell station we normally use when in Appleton.

Most of the employees I've dealt with here are friendly enough, but the Club Citgo rewards don't always work, and I often have to go inside to get my receipt after paying at the pump or skip getting a receipt altogether. I pay at the pump, because I don't WANT to go inside, and I need a receipt each and every time, in order to write off my gas purchases at the end of the year...

Men’s restroom was clean and functional. I bought a bottle of chilled coffee and a buffalo chicken wrap from the refrigerated case. I only stopped for 30 minutes so I didn’t have to pay for parking. They also have a couple tables you can sit at.

I know it's Sunday so I called ahead to see when they're available to fill propane tanks (fill not exchange) they said they were available to fill propane till 5pm today (Sunday). Drive all the way there, arrive about 4pm and am told they can't fill propane anymore today, they sent that person home. Pretty frustrated that I called and checked and drove all the way there only to be turned away. If you aren't going to be open don't tell me you are!

I bought a filled propane cylinder without exchange here foolishly about a month and a half ago. I needed another one recently and picked it up from Lowes while I was there. This citgo was literally $22 more than lowes. That is straight up price gouging. If you can't compete then you can't stay in business. That's just the way it is. The tank I got from this citgo was also in very poor shape. The one form Lowes is pretty much new. I wont be doing business with this place in the future.

The lady working the counter was on her cell phone when I came in. But she never bothered to put the phone down while she helped me. I barely got a half of a smile out of her. I hope I didn't inconvenience her to much with my business.
