Went in with a broken phone at 6 pm not anticipating it would take so long to transfer all the stuff to new phone. Christian was more than happy to stay after closing at 7 pm and finish the job since I was from Madison and needed to return yet that night. I appreciated that. His co-worker (Damien, I think) stayed as well. It was nice chatting with them as the phone was doing what it needed to do. Thanks Christian at Appleton Cellcom.

I visited the store this week with a family member having questions for his phone and features. We are both Cell Com customers. Tyler and Mike have been helpful many occasions with sales, service and questions. I find them to be very knowledgeable about phones, services and plans with a commitment to service that excels other stores. It's not only about the great prices and plans that are provided, but also the service following the sale which places Cell Com well above the competition. Our LG's finally need replacing. My wife and I prebought the Samsung s24. Hope it is as good a phone as the LGs were. Guys working helped us with everthing we needed, nice to see you again Damian!

Zach was a great help when I came in and had issues with my phone. He saved me money on my bill with a better plan and it allowed me to buy a watch and still pay less. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Went here to try and get my uncle hooked up on the lifeline plan. Unfortunately we were not able to make happen what we needed but that doesn't mean we didn't have a positive experience. The customer service was top notch and I'd suggest this location to any Cellcom customer.

We went into the Richmond Street store for some help. This is the second time that we have ever gone into the store. We dealt with Chip again and he was great. Chip made us feel like he actually cared and liked his job which is not that often you find that this day and age. Chip fixed our problems. Thank you Chip.

I had an IOS update issue and ended up needing to get a new phone. John (and the rest of the staff) were great to work with. Everyone there was friendly, funny, personable and made my experience memorable. Can’t recommend enough!!
