Will never buy another piece of equipment from these guys again bought all new Camion brine equipment in 2022. Our brine maker has had pump issues since installation.Our issues were never resolved, Even after their “service technicians” Came out to fix the issue. Now it is out of warranty and we are responsible to pay the $4000 for a new pump.On top of that they never showed us how to use the equipment We had to call Camion Direct. The two Brine applicators that were installed in our trucks We’re not installed correctly and would drain our batteries overnight. Terrible customer service and lack of knowledge on products they sell.

Would give zero stars if possible. We bought a new SnowEx plow from them last November and every time we've used the plow since then we have had to bring it back for something to be fixed. We live an hour from their store, and have had to leave our truck with them for weeks on end. Do NOT buy from them.

Caspers truck has great employees the mechanic took a little longer on my plow than I planned on but they did a great job this young lady that works there named Brooke she is awesome and is one hell of a worker I remember a guy named Daniel that worked there he was always very friendly and was was very good at his job at the parts counter I always enjoyed talking to him I enjoy going to caspers and wouldn’t want to go any where else they got my business

Brooke was very helpful with us on warranting parts for our snow pusher box and going out of her way to help us on dealing with a factory warranty we have been fighting for 3 years on our plow, she took care of us with the parts and was very helpful again! highly recommend casper’s truck for any and all needs for your truck!
