“I took my car here for a full cleaning and hand wax. The work took about 30 minutes and the car came out looking like new. They are busy but they move along efficiently. Prices are a good value. Of course, it just had to rain the next day :/”

“They have slot machines. Sometimes you will find a used napkin or someones left over drink because people are lazy and are incapable to whipe thier own a** so they leave it for someone else to clean up. Well its not me whos gonna do it, someone else can.”
“What great attention to detail even on a busy Monday! Shout out to Francisco who took the time to catch and clean off tar on a lower chrome piece. We noticed and watched how detailed he was - so impressed, we even gave him a tip. Our car was so dirty - just came back from 1000 mile road trip. Feels great to have it clean again. We love being a Klean Freq member - vacuum and sales attendants even recognize us as members. We don’t have to think twice about heading over to keep our new white car clean!”

“I purchased a car wash package at the Ballard Road Appleton/Hwy 41 location today, (March 23, 2021) at approximately 10:30 am. The two ladies running the place were phenomenal. Their helpfulness with my car wash program was indeed beyond the call of duty. In this day and age, it is very difficult for employers to find good help. Cudos to this Shell station operator at finding these ladies, hiring them, and then managing to keep the on at his/her store.”
