“Rented a minivan for spring break, and this location had the best price by far of any local rentals. They reached out a few weeks before my trip to verify I still needed it, since spring break time is a heavy need period. I confirmed and there was no further asking.
Pickup was smooth and quick, the girl working was friendly and competent, and we got on our way very fast.
The van had no issues throughout the week, and return was as quick and simple as the pickup. No additional charges and the quotes price was the final price we paid. Very satisfied with the experience. Will return for future rentals.”

“I've rented from Budget many times and they have been efficient and courteous. I did have to put air in the tires this time though, as the car was displaying an alert. I should have gone back right away when I noticed but I was running late and decided to take care of it myself.”
“I had to exchange a car here that I picked up elsewhere when it developed a mechanical defect. The staff made a big effort to have something ready for me, while working around my schedule, even when it was a busy time near closing. The replacement vehicle is in excellent shape, and hopefully there will be no more issues for the rest of my trip.”
“Service was good. One must note that they just have Chevy car models. Therefore a Chevy compact car may differ with other company compact cars. One I got when went to pick up was way small and had to change to a full size.”
“I was impressed with the ease and speed in which I received my rental car at Appleton Airport. My car keys were in hand before my travel buddies arrived with my suitcase from the baggage carousel. The car I received was equipped with the latest technology and the Bluetooth capabilities were especially helpful when using Google maps to travel.”

I rent all the time for work, and honestly was put back some.When I returned it there was a trainee, and the guy training and the person training were both very nice.
