I had an amazing experience with a special project I was working on for three toddler gifts. Shaylee was wonderful and helped me problem solve how to finish my gifts, and even stayed late to help get everything finished in time. Very thoughtful and they went above and beyond for me! Thank you!

For a place that’s for kids the employees are kinda rude I met one nice employee today and the others just seemed like they didn’t want to be their I understand it is work but it’s supposed to be a fun place for kids

Disappointing. We went on a Wednesday afternoon. My husband and I took the day off and wanted to make our daughter’s birthday special so we brought the family to Build a Bear. My daughter was very excited since she has never made her own bear before. My son used his own money to purchase his own bear and my daughter used her own money to buy her other brother a cow so he wouldn’t feel left out. We walked out of the store with 3 very cute critters, but with a lot of disappointment. The staff was not happy or smiley. They were melancholy at best. They recited all the right words, but their faces and attitudes were far from the “Happy Birthday” experience we were hoping to have as a family memory.
