Harper has outstanding customer service! My phone was not functioning correctly but he took the time to exhaust all options and never gave up before the problem was solved. I appreciate his calm and collected demeanor, especially considering it was not an easy fix. Michael is also great! They will 100% be my go-to guys for all future phone concerns.

Michael and Harper are truly amazing. Michael sold me the Moto Razr about a week ago. Very knowledgeable and amazing. Also Harper is amazing as well. He was amazing with multitasking on Saturday 7.20. He took my bill payment in. Timely manner. It was busy that day it looked.

Michael is so amazing. Took a problem with Pokemon Go that was not working on my old Coolpad and told me that upgrading would solve the issue and and get me into a better phone long term. I upgraded to the Moto Edge Plus 2022. I am please with the phone and purchase. He is so informative, sweet and amazing. Will be coming back to see him again.

I came to work in Wisconsin and Blanca helped me get my new cell phone. We had to try to verify my ID and the girl didn't give up. He helped me with a lot of patience. The girl is a very good person.

Amazing help at Richmond! Blanca helped me upgrade from my Samsung A12 to the new A54 5G and I am one happy customer. She was very nice and set me up with full protection on my device and made the transition fairly easy. Will be coming back!!
