“What an awesome place! I reached out to Ted after purchasing my Lotus to remove some original paint protection film. This stuff was nasty.....very oxidized and deteriorated. I tried removing a bit of it myself, but was too worried about damaging the delicate paint and felt this needed to be done by a professional.Ted was very quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and super helpful!
He did a fantastic job with the tedious and time consuming project at a very reasonable price. He also added some additional striping that looks better than factory in my opinion.

I’ve been shopping at Bergstrom for over 20 years because they have the best customer service and always take care of me. All of the sales people and everyone in the service department has always treated me like family and that means a lot.
I stopped in today. My oil light went on in my Volvo and Jeremy told me to come in even though I didn’t have an appointment. The Talented mechanics at Bergstrom took a quick peek at my car and reset the light. They also topped off my oil.

“I have been a Jaguar customer here for 4-5 years. They had some turnover a year or two ago in the service department which really hurt communication IMO. I had several occasions with a lack of call backs and updates re: repairs, especially in the summer of 2023. However, Gabriele M, one of their employees (I think specifically sales, but he has been extremely helpful with literally everything) has more than made up for any inadequacies in other departments. He sold me my car, followed up with any issues over the years, communicated in an excellent/timely manner at every turn and was always kind, courteous and helpful. One of the best employees at a dealership I have dealt with in my 25+ years of car ownership. As long as Gabriele remains there, I would continue to rec'd this dealership.”
