Very pleased with the service, Sara was super friendly and she was very knowledgeable about the beds I was looking at. Wish more places had the awesome service and friendly staff that Bobs does. Definitely will be going back when I need more furniture!

Stopped in looking for chairs and a bench for my table at home. Actively searched on the showroom floor for 40 minutes before being helped/greeted, and had to go find the store manager to get that help.
System was down, gave them all my information saying I wanted to put a deal together. Was promised a call back when the system came back up for pricing information. Never received a callback from the manager or the consultant.
Stopped by in person to give one last opportunity to earn my business, was told they were unwilling to do anything off of sticker or help accommodate for delivery or install, even with a partial delivery discount, even given the poor follow-up and inconvenience of time.
Manager was very standoffish about it, seemed completely disinterested in my business as a person. I was cordial and civil through the entire interaction, being in customer facing sales myself. Seems like a great business model to not do business. My first and likely last experience with this company, very unfortunate.

The service was great prices a bit high but what’s is affordable now days the one down part is out daughters bed won’t be available till 1.5 months not very good

Stay far away from this store. We purchased a couch which totally fell apart in 18 months. Not exactly furniture that you can pass down to family members or even donate to charity. We have been for over two months to get them to look at the couch. We were told that they would contact us, so far we have not heard from them. Just give us a refund or replace this couch. Very unprofessional behavior. Wish that zero stars were an option. I've had used furniture from Goodwill last longer than 18 months. Go there or St. Vinnie' s or a rummage sale before buying something from this business. Very disappointed.

Purchase process was fine. I picked what I wanted and my salesman punched the information into a iPad and took my payment. Not too difficult. Delivery is now late due to network problems. Funny how you can still order online and connect to this survey but not get order delivery information.
