Stopped in a couple times looking at gaming setups and didn’t know anything about what monitors would work with the computer I wanted. Worked with Noah in sales and he did an amazing job walking me through which ones would work with the games I’m looking to play. He was friendly, took the time to answer all of my questions, and went above and beyond.

I waited 20 minutes for an associate to meet me in the camera section upon me waiting I did my own research on my cell and found one that I did like but i had some questions
a young guy came up to me to "try to help me"
I wanted his professional opinion of the camera, can you tell me a little bit more about it? he said and I quote "bro I have absolutely no idea about this camera" okay can you call somebody else who might know more about security cameras. um i can try but im not sure if they are at work yet... I'm not sure if he was high or what's going on something wasn't right about this guy.
okay can does it connect to my computer, my Wi-Fi, my cell phone? and again he called me BRO and said "you know I have no idea." oh wait he said all happily you need an SD card,
great I guess this kid does know his head from his elbow, can you take me there directly, what size do i need for them? he said oh it's all the way in the back corner. fine can you take me there and show me? and HE SAID "no actually I'm about to go on lunch"
ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME enjoy your lunch I hope you don't choke on it. I left right there and then could have bought a $300+ camera instead I'm not. what kind of people are you hiring at Best Buy these people are supposed to know all these technology stuff or at least give me the assistance I need to buy WHAT A JOKE

Purchased $1,159 DJI Mini 4 Pro online for 1hr pickup from this location.
After 1hr 15mins I drove to store to ask for the item. Brett mentioned to me they can’t pull anything off the shelf until they receive a pick ticket on their end for the item purchased. They had (3) units on the shelf but couldn’t release any of them to me. Waited an additional 45mins cancelled the order and left. Extremely confused why a solution couldn’t be reached to hand me merchandise that was already paid for. AVOID BEST BUY 1hr pickup!!

Not sure how long you are supposed to stand by the laptops, looking around for an associate to take your money…but it’s longer than I was willing to wait so I walked out and ordered straight from Dell.
