We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee sight unseen and had a great experience. Vehicle was personally delivered to our home and was exactly what was advertised and it is in great condition. Marina was our sales rep and provided a seamless transaction. We will definitely do business with them again.

Always treated like a rockstar at Bergstrom! I take my 2015 ML350 there for maintenance. Their prices are very competitive and fair. They never "find" a bunch wrong with my vehicle (like some non dealership mechanics). Sergio is a great person to deal with. I can feel confident that my Benz is being maintained to OEM standards. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend Bergstrom MB of Appleton! Fair, honest and easy to work with.

I always drive away happy from my service appointments here. Sure, it costs a bit to have the work done, but atleast you can clearly see it's being used for quality work and as an investment in the quality people you'll find here especially my consultant Haley. It's nice to associate with people who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and it's very much the case with her, much appreciated ?

The only reason they are getting even 2 stars is because they had the vehicle we were looking for at a competitive price. The purchase of this vehicle (before, during and now after) has been a complete joke and a nightmare. Their sale of how friendly they are because they don’t negotiate and list vehicles at the let go price to make the purchases simple is just marketing lies. We will never purchase a vehicle from any Bergstrom dealer ever again & would suggest anyone considering to go elsewhere. Even when you think you are asking all the right questions, the questions you know to ask from previous purchases and experiences, they give you an answer that is the complete opposite of accurate or the correct answer. We’ve had some subpar experiences buying vehicles and did not have high expectations that things would go smooth, but never thought they would be as bad as they are and continue going downhill after the purchase.
