Steve Haag was amazing to work with when we came in to purchase our new Mazda CX-5. From the minute we walked in till the moment we left we felt like we were the only people there. Steve and Adam were very knowledgeable in all aspects. I have reached out a few times to Steve and he responded immediately and answered all my questions. It was my first experience buying a vehicle through Bergstrom, the experience was top notch! My salesperson was Steven Woebbeking he was wonderful from start to finish. I appreciate his positive attitude, he explained everything & made sure I understood it. He definitely de-bunked the stereotypical salesman. There was no pressure & I was floored by the prompt response time communicating. It’s the day after I purchased my new car & I already gave out 2 of his business cards…. That’s how pleased I am with my experience. Well Done!

Horibble service department! They don't listen to what the customer wants, wasted 4 days so their 'certified' technician can look at what we want replaced instead of giving us an estimate and ordering the parts immediately. They spend more time and energy looking to upsell every other item than what we brought it in for. Now they tell us they'll put the parts on with no labor charge but quote us $50 more than another dealer for the part, right... you're not charging any labor....?

I just had my CX-5 in for its 15,000-mile check up, and the customer service I received was superb. Katie in customer service and Nickie in rentals were professional, efficient, and friendly. I had zero wait, was treated like family, and had a beautiful loaned vehicle while mine was serviced. I have to squeeze a lot into my days, and these ladies fit my car service into my busy schedule without a hitch. Bravo, and thank you!

Own a 2008 Mazda 6. There was a recall on both the driver and passenger airbags. Some of the components would become brittle due to humidity and would send out life threatening shrapnel if the air bags went off. Had the drivers one replaced about a year ago and the passenger side done today. As I was sitting in the waiting area, the customer server tech behind the counter comes in and tells me about the inspection they had preformed, which I believe is standard on any vehicle being serviced. In her hands is the cabin air filter. It was pretty dirty, there was a bunch of leaves stuck in the filter. It was $45.95 to replace this filter. The filter costs $15 at my local Auto Zone. It took me all of 30 seconds to remove the old one. What i did not expect was to find the old one put back into my car with all the leaves still stuck inside of the filter. They spent the time to wash my car, which i didn't ask for. But they couldn't take a few seconds to smack the filter on the inside of a garbage can to knock the leaves out of the filter. I was speechless when I seen this. I have pretty much always worked for a company that provides a service or product. This is unacceptable in my eyes. I will never take my vehicle back here unless its something that Mazda is recalling.

This place puts the customer in customer service! We drove up from Florida and had the tire pressure light come on. Without any appointment needed, we drove in and to our amazement the door opened and we were able to drive right into the service area. They welcomed us and when I explained the problem, there was absolutely no paperwork to fill out. s Service took approximately 15 minutes. The problem was just the tire pressure because of the change in temperature. The staff was very friendly and courteous and we have never experienced customer service like this at any car dealership, ever! I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody regardless of the make or model car you own.
