the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my years one your employee was rude and smells like weed two your prices are way too high and three you had my car for 7 days and my car is still making noise when I turn the steering wheel clearly what you said you were going to fix you didn't even touch. I will never buy another car at Bergstrom Mazda I've been a loyal Mazda customer I've gotten four cars the next car I get will absolutely never be a Mazda ever again

Bought an old Mazda RX7 a couple weeks ago. Last week brought it to Mazda Appleton to have them check out the vehicle and make sure everything was okay. Service advisor Ramirez took great care of me and gave me updates on the vehicle as it was getting looked at. Auto tech Dave, who worked on the vehicle, sent me a very comprehensive video. He told me exactly what was urgent, what could maybe wait, and even gave me a few pointers on taking care of this unique vehicle. Thank you very much for taking great care of me. I will be back for future services.

Takes 3 weeks to get my car in the shop. Takes 7 hours to do an oil change and replace back brakes, and then they tell me they broke something so now my emergency brakes don't work. Glad I wasted a whole day on my vacation ??
Updated 8/9/24- Took two days for them to even call my warranty. Took another 3 days to fix my A/C and do an oil change. I get a yearly maintenance and it took them 3 years to find that my radiator was fixed with epoxy. But the funny thing is, it was their body shop that did it. But to put the cherry on top, my A/C still doesn't work. I literally haven't had a good experience at this location in 4+ years. But my warranty forces me to come here.

I had an wonderful experience at Bergstrom Mazda! I drove up from the Greater-Milwaukee area to purchase a specific car, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me with the car I wanted to buy. Liam and Brittany made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were transparent about pricing, offered a great deal on my trade-in, and helped me get the best financing options. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

My son needed a new car ASAP. He really wanted to look at a specific vehicle at Bergstrom Mazda. I have had multiple bad experiences years ago with Bergstrom and was not excited to go there. I wad pleasantly surprised to find out it is now no pressure and the sales people aren't on commission. The salesman was friendly and helpful. He picked up his new car the next day detailed and full tank of gas. The process was quick and easy. We actually had such a great experience that I decided we'd go to Bergstrom GMC in Appleton when my husband was looking to get into a new Terrain a few weeks later. I will definitely be telling friends and family to check Bergstrom out if they're looking for a new vehicle.

Was was looking for a vehicle with a budget. Bronson @ Mazda returned my call. I gave him my details on what I was in the market for. I showed various other dealers. Bronson was the only person that sent me back a list of vehicles that met my request. We drove over to Appleton and drove a few of them. The price was in the range as requested. The vehicle was in great shape. We had requested additional documents on the actual inspection, and everything looked great. Bronson took the time to listen to me needs, but since the purchase, he has followed up on how things are going and answered our questions. If you're in the market, reach out to him.

Have never bought a new car before, but went in and worked with Bronson and he made the process extremely enjoyable and easy. Never felt like there was any pressure to buy, and he gave me time to test drive a bunch of different cars before finally settling on the one for me! Would definitely recommend working with him, and the Mazda team at Bergstrom.

as a fellow bergstrom employee, even i was caught off guard by the level of knowledge and helpfulness of Dylan and Brittany in getting me into my dream car. they were so so helpful and patient with me and i wouldn’t have wanted to buy it from anywhere else!
