Called Bergstrom Monday morning about 945 to ask if stock number 15170 was there spoke with Joe. He said that it was in stock and available made an appointment for later that afternoon arrived and waited 10 minutes which wasn’t a problem that sort of thing happens another salesman helped bring the car around took it for a test drive, about 20 to 30 minutes later returned still no Joe hunted down a salesman spoke with Al. He was able to complete the deal. I mentioned that the rear floor mat did not match the front two. He said that on used it is what it is. I asked him to speak to a manager and see if they could put a matching floor mat in the rear to match the front 2 and not sure if he ever did. Will not be back!

**UPDATE** Rick Bergstrom reached out to my husband and discussed our issues and the issues we had with his Manager Eric. He offered to fix the vehicle but by this time we purchased a different one somewhere else. He apologized for how everything was handled. His willingness to make it right and personally reaching out to us has made us change our minds about Bergstrom Lexus. We don't want to give Bergstrom Lexus a bad name or our salesperson Jesse. Most of the people who work there are willing to help you and go above and beyond. But we will never deal with the Manager Eric. We learned if you have issues go above him. Thank you Rick and Bergstrom Lexus for going the extra mile.** Highly disappointed in Bergstrom Lexus. Our sales person Jesse was wonderful but the Manager Eric is another story. We bought a clean body 2016 Ford Explorer they had on their lot. We were so excited to get this gem. Bought it on a Wednesday 7-31-24 and by Thursday night we found out it transmission issues. Called to get it looked at and the lady on the phone sent us to Bergstrom Ford. Our appointment was for Monday 8-5-24 at 9 in morning. Mean time we took it to our local Ford garage and they confirmed we it needed a new transmission because it was slipping. It had a 6F35 torque converter shutter. Monday comes around we take the car to Bergstrom Ford and they also confirmed we needed a new transmission. Well Eric found out because it was in warranty and said it had to go be looked at by Bergstrom Lexus. We take it there knowing what's wrong and have paper and video in hand. He has his mechanic look at and he says nothing wrong it's just trying to find it gears. Ummm excuse me it is not. It jumps 200-300 rpms just cruising. It had a 6F35 torque converter shutter. You also have 2 Ford garage that confirmed it needed a new transmission. He still refused to do any work on it. We had the 90 days 3,000 mile warranty on it but still refused and tried to get us to purchase a warranty package for almost 4,000 dollars and gave us 1,000 dollars is coupon to knock the warranty price package down. He kept saying he trust his mechanic and there is nothing wrong. 2 Ford garages confirmed it and you won't do anything. We were so upset with the way we were treated by Eric. He treated us like we didn't know anything or we weren't good enough for his time. Excuse us if we don't drive a Lexus but you had Ford Explorer on your lot that we wanted. We returned the 2016 Ford explorer the next morning which was Tuesday 8-6-24 and canceled our loan. After we left Tuesday we went to Bergstrom Ford looking at other vehicles. The one we were interested in was being sold. Explained our story to Bergstrom Ford sale person and they apologized non stop and where shocked it wasn't fixed and how we were treated by the manager at Bergstrom Lexus. So we highly recommend going somewhere besides Bergstrom Lexus. All other Bergstrom we have had no issue with. Bergstrom Lexus and Eric you better think how you treat your customers. I know John didn't build his business on being rude and selling broken vehicles to his customers.

Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton consistently offers a first class, customer-focused experience from knowledgeable and responsive salespeople, to an experienced service department, to helpful and professional drivers. Our family has purchased several Lexus vehicles from Bergstrom. Time and again, they have demonstrated the lengths they will go to ensure customer satisfaction and, as a result, have earned our loyalty. Most recently, the Bergstrom Team made our 87 year old Mother feel like a queen! Thank you again!

Came in today for a service appointment (I bought my car somewhere else) and was absolutely floored with the hospitality, amenities, customer service, transparency, and skills every member of this dealership showed. It was so refreshing to see in the current world of dealerships. Big thanks to Stewart Wong, he handled my entire appointment from beginning to end and was tremendously informative, helpful & accommodating. Will certainly be back for future service appointments and would love to buy a car here next.

The service that this dealership offers is unparalleled. I have worked with numerous other dealerships over my life and Lexus Bergstrom is 10 times better than any other dealership I’ve worked with. They make you feel like royalty! We recently had an issue while our car was in service and the team came together and figured out how to make us completely whole in the situation. You want to know that if something goes wrong, you’re working with the right company and we have certainly experienced that, although for the last 20 years, this is the only time anything went wrong and they made it right.
I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Long overdue on this review as I have not lived in Appleton for the last 2 years. However what they did to my car reminds me of them every time i see it. That being said, this is a review of them going back to 2022.
I had come to this location many times before for routine maintenance on my 97 LS400, Mostly oil changes, but i did have the timing chain done by them as well.
The last time i ever went there i brought my little brother with me. Normal oil change but when we come out to the car after they finished, there was a 2-3 inch gouge in the paint on the front passenger door. In some places the paint is chipped away up to 1/4inch.
Obviously they denied it, but my brother and myself are both the type to look back at our cars when we walk away. I took a photo of the car just before it went in and it did not show any damage.
The solution? They denied it further but offer to help correct the issue and "fix the paint good as new" the manager says.
They brought my car back to me with minor touch up paint all over any spot on the car they could find. For Damage they caused. Realistically the whole door would need to be repainted.
Mistakes were made on my end where i failed to pursue being further compensated by them. But hopefully this review can serve as a warning to anyone considering dealing with them. Theyre on your side till they arent.

Three times I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bergstrom Lexus and three times Bergstrom Lexus has exceeded all expectations and standards. With incredible professionalism, guest service excellence, and outside the box thinking, I was blown away in every way!!!!! My #1 best tip, contact Eric Schultz (Team Leader) and Joe Braun (Sales Advisor) for guidance, they were truly key in my experience at Bergstrom Lexus, absolutely delightful, and hands down, by far, the most fun, mindful, and effortless vehicle purchasing experience ever!!! I want to personally thank Eric Schultz and Joe Braun, they are the best in the business and a compliment to the team at Bergstrom Lexus!!!

Apparently having an “appointment” in the service center means nothing, because they won’t even look at your vehicle the entire day to diagnose the problem. Zero communication and customer service.

Had my car towed in when it started to shake violently. 20 min after my service time and they already have determined that it was a faulty head gasket. I sent in my warranty info and was told they would contact me when the parts arrived. A week later I get a text saying that they finished the headgasket replacement for 5k but it didn't fix the problem and now I need 15k for a new engine. Also my warranty won't cover anything. I ask for specifics like what is exactly broken in my engine and the service manager stopped replying to me. He is now ghosting me. Very professional place. Not sure why you would do 5k worth of work to an engine to determine that the whole engine needs to be replaced.
I've read a few reviews and it seems like this is a common issue for this location. Service manager trying to rope people into fixes that they don't need.

This is one of the worst places to bring your car for services. I have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years, and everyone there is unprofessional, including the manager. My truck has been in multiple accidents and has been to their shop several times, and each time, I have had issues with them. They are skilled at making excuses for the poor work they've done and they play the blame game among their team. They do things without your consent and then charge you afterward. That was the worst experience because the manager said, 'If we can't afford it, then why go there?' Wow! Of course, I can afford it, that's why I'm there. They charged me for services that I never consented to. They do their work poorly and asked me to contact my insurance if they would cover for work that needs to be redone. Really! LOL. Why do I still continue to go there? Because I believe they are Lexus, so they are experts at what they do. Even though they have failed me multiple times, I still believe they are the best. My recent experience has made me realize that this place is all about cheating their customers. I have had enough of the unprofessional and unethical teams there.
