Pay attention to what they want to give you for your trade. They tried to low ball us for thousands below trade in value on our vehicle. When confronted, the manager tried(unsuccessfully) to justify the pathetic value and shifted from excuse to excuse. While Bergstrom claims to be "upfront pricing", they use greasy used car lot tactics. I sold cars both retail and wholesale for two decades, so unfortunately I know the drill.

I repeatedly brought in my Evoque because I was getting a "low batt" warning. Every time they simply recharged my battery. After a few visits I asked them to replace the battery (I had had the car less than a year) and they refused. This happened repeatedly. I never knew when I would get in the car and it would fail to start. I gave up and went down the street to BMW. I've been a Bergstrom customer for years and never had a problem with service, but their Land Rover people are lazy and never bother to try and solve a problem.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus for my mother from Land Rover Fox Valley. Gabriele Mazzotta, the sales professional, provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Thank you, Gabe! ???????? Being an out-of-state online buyer, I requested additional pictures, vehicle history and a walk-around video of the car. Gabe did excellent to quickly provide all the details and was very knowledgeable. The purchase process was simple and straightforward using DocuSign and me executing a bank wire transfer. Our LR4 broke when we were visiting Door County. We limped our truck into Bergstrom for a wheel hub issue without an appointment. They shoe-horned us into their busy schedule and got it fixed within 24 hours. We got back on the road and back home with minimal travel disruption. Keith, the service manager really saved our tail. Highly recommend.

Do not have work done outside their scheduled maintenance times. For example...having my AC repaired which means taking the serpentine belt off. One would think they would inspect it and replace it when everything is already off, but they don't do that. Instead they put a cracked belt back on and say that it's part of the 120,000 mile service. It takes it from being an $80 belt to a $400 job. One hell of a racket they've got going there. Avoid at all costs!

I recently bought a 2020 Range Rover Evoque in June with Premier and a month after I cracked my windshield. I called them to replace it and they said it would be 1 week and they would follow up with me. Well 1 week went by and no call so I reached out, the service manager didn't call me back because he was afraid to tell me that it would backordered for 2.5 MONTHS. Which I understand COVID has affected production on a lot of things. But that should've been communicated right away. Then, my windshield came in and they picked up my car, I get a call at work that the driver didn't think the windshield was sturdy enough to drive and they wanted me to go buy tape for it? This was one thing after another and I felt relieved when it was dropped off at my house and done with until I saw they left me on EMPTY and forgot stuff in my car that I now have to mail back to Premier motors... Not mad just very disappointed, I thought that buying a high end car would mean I was going to receive high end service.

I've never bought in the car before, but I cannot tell you how comfortable Bergstrom made me feel when making my decision. With the COVID-19 pandemic, Bergstrom took great precaution to serve me and still maintain excellent customer service! Austin was so professional when helping me answer any questions regarding my Nissan Rogue. If I ever am in the market for a new car again, I will definitely be returning to Bergstrom in Appleton!

Working with Eric in Land Rover service was a pleasure. Always nervous to deal with any service dept but I ended up feeling I was treated fairly and if needed I will bring my Range Rover back here knowing I can trust their recommendations. TRUMP 2020!!!
