I have been a Jaguar customer here for 4-5 years. They had some turnover a year or two ago in the service department which really hurt communication IMO. I had several occasions with a lack of call backs and updates re: repairs, especially in the summer of 2023. However, Gabriele M, one of their employees (I think specifically sales, but he has been extremely helpful with literally everything) has more than made up for any inadequacies in other departments. He sold me my car, followed up with any issues over the years, communicated in an excellent/timely manner at every turn and was always kind, courteous and helpful. One of the best employees at a dealership I have dealt with in my 25+ years of car ownership. As long as Gabriele remains there, I would continue to rec'd this dealership.

My partner Janet and I visited various Bergstom franchises in the search for her new car, Porshe, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Jaguar/Landrover. It turns out we saved the best till last. Initially at Jaguar we were warmly welcomed by product specialist Jackson, after discussing our needs he handed us over to sales professional Gabriel. Nothing was too much trouble for Gabriel, he provided a totally outstanding service, four test drives in an F pace and two in a Velar, then he came in on his day off to show Janet a car (Fpace) in her chosen colour. Outstanding service!!

**TAKE YOUR CAR LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE**
The absolute worst experience i've had with a dealership. They've had my car for over 1 month and have not begun work on it. This started with Jose G (service advisor) lying to me about "our last conversation" where he said it would take 2 weeks. I asked if there was any way they could get it done sooner and he said he'd try his best. After 4 weeks I called and he said they hadn't begun working on the car yet because "he tried to get the parts from chicago but couldn't... so they figured they'd wait on me to call them back" as if I could ever possibly know how that conversation went. I then asked to speak to his manager Andy Botts who is on vacation. I then asked to speak to the GM Dennis Madercic (sp) in which I left a voicemail. This is all after not being able to reach anybody at this facility for the last 4 business days. This engine issue which is under warranty will now take more than 6 weeks complete. If you must go here, ask to speak to anybody besides Jose G, who will laugh in your face as you call him out on his lies. Truly unbelievable.

Took my Jaguar in to have 2 new key fobs reprogrammed. Got home tried locking my door by touching the handle. The car did not lock so I tried the key fob, all doors lock except the drivers door. Left a message for the service person. We missed each other. Called the dealership this morning shared the details, I was told there are no appointments until after 4/29. I said, let me explain the issue again, I have a car that cannot lock. I paid for the service and I expect my car to lock. I also live 3 hours from the dealership. She said you could leave your car and use the shuttle service. I again shared I live 3 hours away is your shuttle service going to drive me home and pick me up a6 hour drive? She said no but we will need you to leave your car here. I said is there a loaner, she said no. I said with all due respect I don’t care that they are backed up. I paid for a service and it should work. It is unacceptable to expect a customer to leave a $60k+ car unlocked due to the dealerships poor service. I let her know she will need a manager to call me. I’m still awaiting a call… Stay tuned for the update.

Bought a certified Jag from out of state that came off three year lease. Three year service should have been performed on car - especially a certified car - at that time. But after several phone calls from me and later from Jaguar Corporate, there is no record of what service was done on the car at that time. Jaguar corporate records indicate that required service was NOT done but Jaguar Fox Valley says that it "probably was done" Wow!

Do not have work done outside their scheduled maintenance times. For example...having my AC repaired which means taking the serpentine belt off. One would think they would inspect it and replace it when everything is already off, but they don't do that. Instead they put a cracked belt back on and say that it's part of the 120,000 mile service. It takes it from being an $80 belt to a $400 job. One hell of a racket they've got going there. Avoid at all costs!

I've never bought in the car before, but I cannot tell you how comfortable Bergstrom made me feel when making my decision. With the COVID-19 pandemic, Bergstrom took great precaution to serve me and still maintain excellent customer service! Austin was so professional when helping me answer any questions regarding my Nissan Rogue. If I ever am in the market for a new car again, I will definitely be returning to Bergstrom in Appleton!
