Went in for a simple tire rotation and barely made it out of the drive way when something seemed clunky. When I checked out my tires I realized the tech never tightened my lug nuts, I could spin them right off. I was the only customer at the dealership so there is no reason this was rushed and missed.

So far, so good with Bergstrom GMC of Appleton. I have purchased my last 7 vehicles from Bergstrom and thought I was done with them after my extremely poor experience(s) with Bergstrom Ford Neenah- Jacobo and Pierce reminded me why Bergstrom is a great business to work with.
I was not expecting to buy a vehicle when I pulled into the lot, I only wanted to look at how many Sierra's they had. Jacobo offered his help before I could even get out of my vehicle. Contrasting to the experience I had at Chevy in Neenah (where 4 salesmen watched me walk around and didn't offer assistance the entire time), I really appreciated it. Jacobo was kind and gave me relevant information about different models and trims- he wasn't pushy in any way and did a fantastic job of selling the truck whilst also re-assuring that the Ford dealership antics were not representative of how they do business at GMC.
Pierce was excellent in the paperwork process, helping Jacobo out where necessary and making sure we were happy the entire time.
I had a fault in my exhaust system in the first week of ownership- Jacobo was correct about the service department... they got me in the next day and worked as quickly as possible to repair my truck (and fixed two dents in the same day, which was pleasantly surprising).
A complete 180 from my last Bergstrom experience, sales, management, and service were outstanding.

I just purchased a used 2020 Honda Civic from this location.
These guys were super helpful & eager to help me find my dream car. (Although I knew what I wanted) While this specific car was being looked at by others Deven Knowlton & his associates were looking into their inventory to find other cars for me to check out. I ended up purchasing the Civic in the end of it. However, I want to highlight how smooth and painless Deven and the rest of the team made this purchase for me. Upon arrival to purchase they had my car all clean & sparkly, on the show room floor. So much so that I didn't even realize it was my car ??. Deven & the rest of the Bergstrom GMC crew were all super friendly, helpful & eager to have me drive away feeling great about my purchase. So, id highly recommend coming here if you're in the market for a new and or used vehicle! If you want a seamless, stress free purchasing experience these guys have all that down to a science. ??

I have HATED my past experiences with Bergstrom years ago. We decided to just go look at Bergstrom first because their price on the '24 Terrain at Bergstrom GMC of Appleton was lower than other local dealers. I knew from being with my son for purchase of his new Mazda that the salespeople aren't commission anymore. Totally different experience than the past experiences U had years ago. They even brought the vehicle down from the Green Bay location to Appleton that we wanted to see. I would now highly recommend Bergstrom for a new car purchase!

Do your research before you choose to get repairs here. I was quoted $1,250 for a fractured exhaust resonator for a GMC terrain. It makes me question the price of the parts and labor, I also question the amount of work that they believed needed to be done. Bergstrom wanted to replace my entire exhaust assembly for one component that needed to be replaced. That's like replacing all the windows in your car because your windshield has a crack in it. I took it to 3 other local repair shops to get some bids and they quoted me $200-$300 for repairs that needed to be done. I eventually got it repaired at a local business that did what needed to be done for $218. Which was 5X lower than when Bergstrom quoted me. I don't know why Bergstrom would want to replace an entire exhaust assembly for one bad component. It makes me question all the past repairs that I had them do and I will definitely choose a different repair provider for my car from now on.
What I do appreciate about going here is the level of customer service that you receive when you do choose to have your vehicle serviced here. I wish I could give them a better review but my last experience has unfortunately damaged my relationship with them!

My husband and I just purchased a 2024 Acadia and worked with Tonya. She was absolutely fantastic to work with. We were deciding between 2 different vehicles and never once felt pressured to buy anything. She gave us plenty of time to test drive and discuss our decision before we purchased. She went through all our financing and warranty options thoroughly and again, never once pressured us on any decision we made. When we finally made the purchase, she gave us time to do a once over on the car before we left the dealership. We noticed a couple small scuffs inside the vehicle as well as a small cut in the armrest. She assured us it would be taken care of and has been in contact to resolve the issue with us. She is an incredibly efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, hardworking woman.
When we finished our purchase, Leon walked me through all of the features and options the vehicle offers. He was thorough and knowledgeable in everything the vehicle includes in its technology and entertainment package. I felt comfortable driving home that day after he explained to me how everything on the car works since it has a different shifting capability as well as a huge touch screen with a ton of options that can be overwhelming!
I always wanted a beautiful car with a bow on it!! Fantastic job to both of these employees! Keep up the great work! We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle at Bergstrom and hope to work with both of them again! Give them both a well deserved raise :)

First of all, we were so happy that we took out the extended warranty on our 2017 Acadia, especially when we found out we needed a new water pump. On the way to the dealership to have our car fixed, I got a flat tire on the highway. Luckily I was able to make it to your service department and your service team member addressed both issues promptly. We appreciated being updated on the repair work and were completely satisfied when our car was ready for pick up. You have a great team of people working for you.

Sales rep seem to loose interest in deal once financing seemed to become difficult. I also had followed up after delivery on a missing under seat storage compartment and seemed to be no follow through. I had to come in on my own and connect with the parts department. Parts department and finance manger were fantastic which is why I gave this a middle rating instead of 1 star

The service work was an Oil change with new filter. All work that was completed was done
very well.
I had a $30 gift from GM rewards, but the manager only gave me credit for $25. They didn't
say why it was $5 less! Bergstrom just called me and said they
apologized for the error and gave me an additional reward to cover the oversight. Thank you, Bergstrom,
