Worst experience ever, I buy a new $125k+ vehicle at least once a year, usually twice, I bought the $135k BMW. 5m comp from these crooks, try to trade it in and they say they won’t touch it because it has an open recall - it’s an 8 month old vehicle. I was able to get $7k more in trade from ANOTHER Land Rover dealer that they refused to match. They’re as unethical as they come. What a joke, they just lost a top 1% customer for life, man would I be pissed if I was high up at Bergstrom. To get a customer like me is really really hard and if you treat me right I’ll buy from you for life. Well by by Bergstrom.

One of the easiest buying experiences I’ve had! I was up late one night started the purchase online. Lane Evans reached out to me and as I live 90 miles away did everything over the phone. I drove to the dealership and they had a bow on the car and even after the paperwork was done I felt like I wasn’t finished yet. The process was so fast and easy! They honored the trade estimate online, didn’t try to low ball me on the trade when I showed up and the Apr quote online was exact to what I received at the dealership! Overall great experience and would love to buy my next BMW from this dealership again! and especially if Lane is still there!! Thanks again!

Very nice dealership , clean well organized and the parts department employees were very helpfull . They have a very nice selection of cars and I'm sure you would find a model you like.

Service was pleasant and fairly helpful once I finally got to go there. However, since they no longer deal with Minis, since shortly after I bought a Mini from them, it took a couple months to get an appointment. I feel like I was misled in what support would look like. On top of that, they are really expensive for basic services, like brakes, on cars they should be really good at due to so much consistent experience. Overall, I'm not comfortable buying another new car from them at this time due to the way they handled the Mini situation.

Just called new car sales about an M2......not impressed....i would suggest the sales people think about the kind of customer that buys a new BMW and act appropriately. We don't guess or assume answers. We need answers and don't have time to waste. I spoke with a hispanic woman in new car BMW sales. I already own an M5. Cheers.

After only a couple of weeks of purchasing my vehicle my brakes began to squeal. I had several visits to the Service Dept. but unfortunately the cause of the problem could not be identified so ultimately my rotors, calipers and brake pads were replaced under warranty. I was very impressed with the individualized attention given from Ben who genuinely cared to help me resolve my problem and put a lot of hours into my car trying to do so. Miranda also stayed in constant contact with me and ensured anytime I had a scheduled visit that either a shuttle ride was arranged for me or a loaner car was available. I couldn’t be more happy with the purchase of my car and the recent work I had completed. I feel lucky to have such an amazing team so close to home that I know will take care of me and my car whenever I should need them. Thank you all!!

Get everything your sales person says in writing, they will say anything you want to hear to force a sale and beg you for a ten on the survey that comes out afterwards but not hold up their end of the bargain. Bergstrom should be embarrassed by how terrible their current BMW staff is operating. I had to get BMW involved to correct the situation. Save yourself and take the short drive to Milwaukee if you want a new BMW.

I've always had the best experience at the Appleton location. Everyone is always very friendly and professional. Not to mention the utmost care and concern for handling my 430. Hands down a great place filled to the brim with great people and great service. Cannot recommend enough. :)

From the moment I requested service, Breanna was there every step of the way. All of my scheduling was done over text, and for me that is my preferred method. She was pleasant, gave me options and when she needed to, nudged me to remind me to schedule my appt. Brought the vehicle in, dropped it off and while I was waiting on the vehicle off site, I received a link to a video of the inspection. I have never experienced that level of service before from other dealers. I live over an hour away, but this is my go to for BMW services

Bought a BMW X1 and intentionally bought it from Bergstrom to ensure good follow up service.
That was a mistake, after exclusively having it serviced by Bergstrom Enterprise BMW was disappointed they were doing half the job.
Was never made aware of recalls that were in affect for my car.
Was charged for service that should have been covered. Was told to put off an needed oil changed until it was no longer covered by the policy. Had my tires rotated but was never made aware at he amount of wear.
They never gave me a report of the 11 point inspection repor. Never saw an video review of my inspection. All of which I found out was to be done once I went to another dealer.
My advice, find another BMW dealer.

I called Bergstrom to ask about a replacement key for a used BMW I recently purchased. The staff was friendly and helpful and within 5 minutes I had a price.. not to mention the price was half of what every other place I had called quoted me with a much easier process! I haven't picked up the key yet but I'll update when I do.

Valet service was prompt and communicative. Dropped off loaner and picked up my car for service and then returned it before the end of the day. Follow up from Service Manager (Steve Heinz) was much appreciated.

Marina Lee at Bergstrom Enterprise was a pleasure to work with! Our family is going from having 5 Yukon XLs in a row to our first smaller SUV in the BMW X7...After working with Marina we were confident in moving forward with a smaller vehicle to fit our needs. As always with Bergstrom, we felt welcome from the moment we stepped onto the lot and felt that our needs were put above theirs. The service department was quick and clean when switching our summer rims/tires to winter rims/tires, and the vehicle was clean and ready when promised for pick up. A great buying experience.
