Our family had our first car buying experience with Bergstrom Alfa Romeo last week and it was amazing! Jackson did a great job from start to finish and we would definitely do it all over again!

I walked in expecting to take an Alfa Romeo Giulia for a test drive to see if I liked the car. I drove out a few days later with that same vehicle as my own. Jackson was a big help both with the purchase and intro to the car. The overview was quite detailed and made learning the car myself a lot easier. Overall a professional mannered salesman. I look forward to the coming days in my 2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce, thank you much.

My husband bought a used 2022 Alfa Romeo earlier this year. Shortly after purchasing some lights came on. He contacted Bergstrom to have it checked. They initially weren't able to find the issue but told him to call when the light came back on. He did and they said it was an oxygen sensor and they fixed it. The light came on a few weeks later and he called again. They didn't return his calls. He called again and again they didn't return his calls. He finally got Jose on the phone and was told they "don't want anymore poor reviews because it reflects badly on them" so they do not want to service his car anymore. My husband asked for the manager and Jose told him they are in agreement and he will say the same thing. (My husband was sent a survey and commented that customer service doesn't call back but gave Jose a good rating prior to this last call). Now he has to try to go directly through Alfa for a warrantied problem because Bergstrom didn't like a review?!

Took my Giulia in for warranty service and a tire change. Jose, my service advisor, was great. He always kept me up to date with the progress on my Alfa and was quick to answer any questions I had. Also, as always, the Bergstrom shuttle service is top notch. A++

Bergstrom Alfa Romeo was one of the best services I have ever experienced! Had an issue with my car and they took me in right away, even without an appointment. Super friendly staff and I would 1000% do business with them again!

Do not have work done outside their scheduled maintenance times. For example...having my AC repaired which means taking the serpentine belt off. One would think they would inspect it and replace it when everything is already off, but they don't do that. Instead they put a cracked belt back on and say that it's part of the 120,000 mile service. It takes it from being an $80 belt to a $400 job. One hell of a racket they've got going there. Avoid at all costs!

As always, service was prompt and courteous. I appreciate the text contacts for reminders and to notify me if they are able to begin work on my car earlier than scheduled. Recall work was completed satisfactorily and it is always nice to have my car washed at each visit. Thank you.
