Very friendly owner. The rest of the staff, not so much. Rented a trailer from their Uhaul fleet. Worst rental experience I've ever had. Owner had to get called because staff did not know how to do the process, so I had to wait 15 minutes for him to show up and he was not familiar with it either. All said and done, took me 45 minutes to rent a $20 trailer for 8 hours. Drop off experience was quicker, but still a different employee had no idea either. Won't be back. Trailer had damage not reported either, good thing I took pictures and disputed their records or who knows what would've happened.

Website advertised that the gas price for regular unleaded is $3.08. Got to the gas station its reading on pump and sign its $3.12. Down the road at another gas station I just passed like 3 minutes away is $3.09. This is false advertising I drove here to get the price of the gas that's being advertised on mobile page and your address on badger. I live about 30 minutes away and came all the way here to pay $3.12. Not happy ?

The owner is warm welcoming and so very friendly.The store is always clean. Best gas station in Appleton in my opinion. The owner even offers guests who play slots free popcorn and soda! Besides that they are the sweetest people I've met in town.

Went to ask if there was a bathroom, owner yelled at me to get out. Walked back to my car and my brother was taking pictures of the car for a few seconds and owner came outside and threatened to call the police on us for literally just taking pictures of my car. Owner was just rude and not friendly, never coming here again!

Literally walked in with a gift card I told him I did not know how much was on it. He said no worries. Turned out to be 10 bucks. I said okay let me use that and put 20 on my card. He said no, because I "gave him a hard time" now he wanted 40 bucks. Absolutely ridiculous. I had never been here before but I will never be back. Very odd, very hostile for no apparent reason.

This place is horrible! They are thieves that stole over $600 from me and they need to be brought to justice! They stole from me and turned around and called me a cheater and lied blatantly when asked about the situation! I will never give them any of my business again! Terrible people#dishonest people

I have been coming to this store for over a year now and absolutely love it. I am a huge supporter of local businesses and try to avoid large chains, I believe in helping the community and its residence. This store has it all, very friendly staff, great prices, and an outstanding selection, If I could give this place 10 stars I would.Thank you for being one of the best parts of the Badger Avenue community,. You have a life long customer!!!
