“Paul and his entire staff are great people to work with. They will tell you what’s wrong with your vehicle, what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait. Klug gives you detailed itemized quotes so you can plan out your repairs. They honor their quotes even if it’s a couple of months before you get the work done. Klug doesn’t try to upsell you. Recently I had a shock fail which they installed. They got my truck in right away and fixed it for free. Good local family owned shop that will do you right.”

“I moved back to Appleton in November, 2022. I had used Geishaber Services years ago. I want to say I have never received such excellent customer service as I have with everyone here. Andrew is amazing, and the work performed is excellent and at a fair price. Just recently I was in a real bind when my car all of a sudden wouldn’t accelerate—-and even though they had many cars in the queue, they took my car in , diagnosed the problem, and gave me a loaner until my car is ready. If you are looking for an honest car maintenance shop with good hearted and fair people, you need look no further than Geishaber!”

“I have worked with Bergstrom Kia for a few years now, my second car with this dealer. I bring my telluride here for regular maintenance. When I first purchased my new telluride the cameras were not calibrated and the managers were amazing to work with, they went out of there way to get a special tool to calibrate the cameras and gave me a loaner for the night. I was well taken care and felt like a valued customer. Another note is they do not work off commission so they’re not there to win your money, they’re there to help you pick the right vehicle for you and help with the rest. They don’t push sales. I appreciated this.

“This is my favorite place to get my oil changed. Their customer service is always so good; they're friendly and informative without being pushy. I always feel awkward bringing our vehicles in for oil changes but when I bring them here (Auto Select Appleton Express) I am always met with friendliness; it's a really nice place with really nice service members. They're really fast too! I'd say between 10 - 15 minutes.. speedy quick!”

“We discovered Todd's shop about 10 years ago and refuse to take our vehicles anywhere else. He is incredibly honest, understanding that most people are on a budget and will readily identify issues by priority - or as in the case of my kids car, tell you to only fix safety issues as it's about to rust apart (when he could keep quiet and rack up the bill). The very few times we've had issues he's resolved them immediately and has never once talked down to us or over our head. I've lost count of how many people we've referred to him and they've all been equally happy!”
“My truck would not start so I had it towed to a dealership and all they told me was the battery was low and to charge it once a week. I took it to Carmen at M and G and he found the issue with my starter. He also did not up sell me on a battery that I thought was old. I feel so much more confident going on long trips knowing it’s actually fixed.”
“I’ve probably had 30 or so windshields replaced by Great Lakes Glass and have had good luck with each vehicle done, but it’s because the glass repair techs are to notch and care about the windshield install. Mobile glass techs I’ve dealt with are fast and have good communication skills. They can handle working on expensive vehicles without damaging them. Customer service is good too.
