“Our Tesla had deer damage. While other centers were booked solid for 6 months, they got us scheduled in 2 months. We ended up leaving it there for a few more things that were missed, but they were very understanding, helpful, and courteous. I went to Interstate because I've had good experiences with them in the past. I got a 30-month (6-year pro rated) battery from them installed for $239. I have confidence that this battery will stand the test of time, and the customer service is top-notch. I had no appointment but was in and out with a new battery in less than a half hour. And right before winter, too!
Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in need of a new battery!”

“I took my truck in to have the exhaust changed (from the dpf filter back). I was going to do it myself but couldn't get one of the sensors out and this place was recommended so I scheduled an appointment. While it was being done, I got a call stating they were having the same issue. I was given some options and ultimately the work was completed at no additional cost from the estimate I was given. The communication and service was great. The price/cost was reasonable. Would recommend.”

I was concerned that the part would blow out of the car if I drove with the top down. Lyssa welcomed me, looked at the problem and had Jason from the body shop evaluate the situation. Instead of having to schedule an appointment weeks in the future, after asking if I had 30 minutes, fixed the problem on the spot. Thank you Lyssa and Jason for the five star service!
