Do yourself a favor and avoid this location all together. Most of my banking is done online and I've only needed to go into this branch twice since living in the area. Both times, I was the only customer in the lobby. As I stood there for quite a while, no one bothered to make eye contact, acknowledge me in any way, or thank me for waiting after they finished whatever they were doing. Instead, I was met an unpleasant attitude and annoyance. I was actually stunned considering how easy my requests were and how few people they had in the branch at the time. Last Friday, I tried to call the branch several times to see if they had a notary on site. I dreaded going back in there but hoped for better. No one ever answered the phone. Fortunately, I chose to call the Richmond St. branch and they were absolutely fabulous. It's just sad to me to have a branch so close to my home where I don't feel appreciated or treated with the base level of respect I deserve. This branch needs to step it up and simply do better!

Horrible customer service and bad vibes in this bank. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal or suspicious for no reason. Some ignorant lady working even had the nerve to ask if the bank teller needed her to have her back for no reason. The person helping me was nice though. Don't ever go here if you need to make a larger withdrawal. I waited over 20 minutes just for a response from the banker because they were to busy talking to each other to answer the teller helping me. Went to my local bank in Kaukauna and had excellent customer service and no issues.

Horrible place.!! Don’t bank with any of their branches. It’s insane that checks over a 1000 you can’t cash them if you don’t belong to thier bank not even if you show them two ids and give them your ss#, you still have to jump hoops and prove you do work for them. It’s crazy. I even called the Greenbay head quarters and they still wouldn’t help. So if some one Govea you a check from that bank… good luck. Or Maybe don’t be Mexican because they treat you like shut. And a criminal. I mean I just want my money money I’m owed and I don’t want to open a bank account to cash it. Just bad business.

I do not recommend it if you pay an employee more than 1000 they will not let him cash his check until he opens an account it is the worst bank

Worst customer service ever!!! The teller didn’t even bother to try into helping me with the request I had, she plainly rudely said… no one knows how to do a printout of a transaction from the whole year. You should go somewhere else.

I have been banking here for the last year and a half and the tellers have always been polite and worked quickly. Recently, I went through a break up with my so and had to split a joint account. The banker was kind and worked quickly and well despite the obvious tension. Later on my federal tax return came in and was set to go into the now closed account, an employee called me and informed me of the situation and asked me to come in to authorize a transfer of the funds. I was charged no additional fees despite this and they were very kind and understanding. So far, I have nothing but positive experiences with this location and would recommend it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location!! Staff knows that I am always in a hurry and greet me by name at the drive thru EVERY TIME!!! Another plus...Associated opens at 7:30 am!!

I gave the same dollar amount to make a house payment as I had been for months in a row. I pay half and my husband pays half so its always an even number. It took a long time for the payment to be made by two different workers. I was in the drive through. At some point later I looked at my slip. I was shorted 25 dollars. I called and they told me the drawers were not off that day. I said there is no way i gave $ *15.00 because two of us pay. There would not be an odd number. I payed $*40.00 so find my 25 dollars. He told me there was a fund he could take from the bank. The $25 was added to my payment late. Also, I was asked to open a checking account and i said only if I need to have a zero balance with no fees. After opening one so I could see my mortgage on line. I end up getting fees over a change in how much I wanted to have directed to the account. Come to find out you don't need savings/checking account to view on line.

Wish I could give negative stars. The younger teller here is extremely rude to customers and messes up deposits. Not sure what her name is, but she has no clue what she is doing. I would like to speak with the branch manager about her rudeness and snobby attitude as well as her constant mistakes she makes as a simple bank teller.
