No one tried to talk me into more machine than what I needed/wanted even though the machine we felt was the best match for me was also under my budget. When I decided a few days later to return and purchase the machine, Annie had it all set up so I could see it again and go over any additional questions and make sure I knew how to use it. It was a great purchasing experience.”
