Quit locking elevator doors before your building is even closed. Thankfully I’m able to take stairs but for others it makes no sense.

The entire staff were wonderful.
I had not been there in several months, and people all greeted me by name.

We hosted my son's 4th Birthday party at this location, the staff at the YMCA were so helpful, they made sure our guests knew where to go and that the room was set up how we needed it. It went extremely smooth and our guests gave such great feedback! Thank you:)

I like to just say I think it’s really ridiculous how I used to come here ALL THE TIME as a kid to play basketball with my brothers then coming here several years later to come play basketball once again but being denied since I’m not a member. WHAT IN THE WORLD KIND OF POLICY MAKES IT RIGHT TO DENIED ANYONE TRYING TO HAVE FUN WITH THERE FAMILY. THE LADY UP FRONT WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND DO NOT WANT TO TRY TO HELP ME. Why do you need a member present with you to use a guest pass just to get in? I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE AND NOT ONLY THE LADY WAS MEAN, THIS BALD HEADED DUDE WAS TOO! SMIRKING AND ALMOST LAUGHING AT ME CAUSE I DIDNT KNOW POLICY. IM SO UPSET AND CAME ALL THE WAY FROM BRILLION JUST TO PLAY BALL BUT CANT WITH MY BROTHERS. #FIXTHEPOLICY

No day passes boo. It's been four years since covid started time to get rid of this ridiculous policy in the name of "public health".
Well it's your loss of revenue. Sad to see what has become of the YMCA today. Not at all what it used to be.

As a single mother, I have taken my daughter to YMCA locations all over the Fox Valley and Green Bay for swimming lessons and dance lessons since 2009. Today is the first day she was denied entry for having a small balance on our account.Unfortunately, I’m working late and wasn’t able to run over there to pay. The young woman working said to me, “I’m just doing my job,” and spoke over me as I tried to explain I would be able to make a payment tomorrow, then she hung up the phone.I’m so disappointed in the degradation and even judgement that our once strong community organizations appear to be succumbing to. I didn’t receive a phone call or a text or email or anything as a reminder to make payments or cancel.YMCA is a nonprofit organization which means even though you and I pay taxes, they do not. They receive state and federal grant money plus private donations to fund operations. There’s no reason they should be turning away a young member of our community wishing to spend a hour caring for her personal fitness over a petty balance due. I’m pretty sure Jesus would not have done that.

Great staff and building is very well kept. Lower levels can get confusing to navigate and parking is a chore but otherwise great facility.

Disrespectful staff hassles you while working out. Let people have the last two minutes of their workout. Not everyone needs 20 minutes to change and be out of the building by close.
