We arrived at the store in Appleton. I was willing to spend thousands for a custom made table. snd two chairs. Three men were there but NONE of them would wait on us. One was engaged in watching TV. Take your business elsewhere.

It's a little pricey but their furniture is a luxury. Years of buying cheap furniture that lasts 1-5 years before breaking had made me wonder what happened to quality furniture that my parents and grandparents were lucky to have for entire lifetimes. But my wife and I finally found the place to go for that.Absolutely beautiful and sturdy custom furniture. It is truly a pleasure to wake up and walk through our home every morning!

We ordered a bookcase bed. We were told that they couldn't adjust anything on the bed. It came was too high, and the area around the mattress left to much space so the mattress shifted. Went back saw different sales person. They ordered different bed that was lower. Mattress was still an issue and there was to much space between the headboard and the mattress the pillows fell through. Called wanted another bed made. This has-been ongoing for a years. Was supposed to get the new bed today. They called and said they made a mistake on ghe the bed.

We needed warranty work on our Smith Bros motorized reclining sectional; we purchased it at a now-closed local furniture store, and Smith Bros said we had to go through AHG.Todd and his employees were nothing but 100% kind and helpful from day one, even when Smith Bros didn't fully come through for us. Todd did everything in his power to make our situation 100% correct and made sure we were satisfied (I mean he didn't really HAVE to; we didn't purchase our furniture there). He even came out to our home, personally, to re-stuff two cushions that just weren't done right by Smith Bros.EVERY COMPANY should take note; this is how customer service should be! First class -- all the way from the store employees and Stuart at the warehouse to the wonderfully polite delivery guys. Extremely attentive to our needs.HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amish Home Gallery in Appleton if you're looking for furniture and want the fabulous service that goes with it! We will definitely be shopping there for our future needs!THANKS Everyone!

Great customer service and very well made furniture. We got a dresser and also a foot and headboard with a frame. Quality furniture all around and service too. Would recommend this place to anyone. Like the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and this furniture is by far better than any competitors.
