Very Unprofessional and Rude... I have Never had an Experience like this before... I was treated like I was dumb and didn't know anything. I've done most of my purchases online and recently wanted to throw some business to a LCS, keep the Mom and Pop shops going. I was expecting higher premiums being a brick and mortar shop but I didn't care.
After my Experience with this shop... I don't believe my business will EVER go to a Coin Shop again! I had a budget of $5000 and of course brought cash. I didn't get a chance to make an offer before I was belittled, make to feel like I was a scammer somehow and told I don't know anything and I should buy all my metal from Marketplace. That's when I pulled my wad of $100's out and said I know why the parking lot is empty and walked out the Door!
Unbelievable Really!! I told some fellow stackers about my experience and they all laughed and said, "You went to that place" LMAO

Would be a 5 star, but seeing some of these review responses, i would say, could definitely be handled better. This really could determine whether someone would/would not shop there. Had I not shopped there prior to seeing the reviews here, i dont know if i would have stopped in there. Just some perspective from a customer on the perception you have from your response....Otherwise, I love the selection there and peices seem fair, and ive always had friendly service while shopping there.

Called 10 minutes Before closing, which I know is not ideal but when talking to the worker, I promised to spend at least $100 there if he would stay open until I got there and I was only 10 minutes out. I know sometimes it takes a little bit of time to find a coin. He told me he could not wait at all not even 10 minutes, he was closing it down right at six. I don’t know. Kind of sucks when you pretty much guarantee the business money and they can’t stay 10 minutes late. I wouldn’t have arrived late. I would’ve been there on time.

Do not call this place If you have any questions they are extremely rude. And will not help. Your funny old man if you run in to me face to face good one coins won’t help you when your sleeping on the ground.? and arguing with your customers in your reviews doesn’t seem very smart for your business that’s already due to crush.?

Great experience in the store tonight. I went in to purchase a coin cover and left with an even better solution for mounting my Navy coin. I definitely recommend this store and will be back to check out all the cool items they carry.

Seemed the owner talked down to me because I look young? Had an attitude, maybe it wasn't a very good time to come? Unsure, But Gave me the lowest end offer, and has zero Negotiation Skills. I let him take them, and took his offer, but also knew I'd be here writing this review. I was asked by a coin collector/seller to go in and see if there was any negotiation on anything, and also if I'd be given a good deal or ripped off. Well to my surprise, I wasn't given a fair deal, as I see what the coins i turned in are going for online, I didn't even get 40% of there values. I don't recommend this shop, unless you are buying - I can't say anything. But unless you want the lowest dollar amount for your stashes and collections, I do not recommend this business or selling to them, that is again unless you want the lowest dollar amount.

Spent $500-600 on sports cards here in a relatively short time. Recommended it to family and friends. Had planned to continue until I brought a collection to obtain trade in value. I'm not a professional coins, cards, or anything collector. I have a focus period, and that's it.. The owner, Mike, swore at me twice in earshot of his employee. My trade in value request was modest, not stupid, and ultimately I accepted a lower figure. Mike may have realized he crossed a line...or not, and went to his back room. Unprofessional. Rude. This is a grade A jerk. Take your $$ and interest elsewhere.

Cool store. I am very knowledgeable in sports card collecting and just starting to look at silver coins, so I was a bit anxious walking in because I just wanted to browse with no pressure. I am not anxious going to card shops or shows because I know what I am looking at and not afraid to ask questions. Different with silver for me though. While walking in, I received a warm greeting and then walked around for about 20 minutes with NO pressure. I was smiled at and asked one more time to let them know if I had any questions. It was very well organized and super clean. I eavesdropped on a new customer who just bought two large trays of I am guessing silver coins. This person said to two workers that they had heard good things about the store so made the investment with them. I apologize for listening in, but I was trying to learn more about silver coins, investment, and trustworthy dealers but walked out when I felt maybe I was being too nosey. Overall, super experience. Maybe next time I will be brave enough to ask a few questions about silver investing. It is a good stop!
