Outstanding customer service! Mark had two tune ups (one needing multiple modifications) turned around in less than 24 hours on a Thursday into Friday of Mother's Day weekend!This bike shop is my favorite business of any kind in the Fox Valley. My experience exceeds my already sky high expectations every visit.Keep up the good work!

Great shop to get service done, staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of cool vintage bmx, new freestyle and race bikes. Huge selection of used parts as well. I love to stop at this shop! A++ business!

Bought a gt fueler from Mark at active. Was referred by a buddy from work. Dude was awesome. Let me ride one of his bikes in the back building and even did some cool a$$ tricks for me. Bike has been awesome, got me back into flatland and freestyle. I'm almost afraid to go back, because I know I'll spend more money! Definitely the best bike shop across the valley. Thanks dude!

We were looking for a starter BMX bike for our son and had no luck finding anything locally. We heard these guys were getting some in stock. They kept in contact with me to let me know when their shipment came in. They even matched the sale price the manufacturer was offering on their own site! Very friendly people and we will definitely bring our business there again!

Amazing place! Nice dudes. Got a trade price then bought a bike that same day!Allowed me to test ride a bike!Found my size and preferences.Got myself a sick 2022 stolen brand BMXChain snapped same day then went in and got a warranty.
