On 1/4/2024 owner was selling for 2.71 just 25 miles south in Wittenberg, WI and 2.81 45 miles north in Rhinelander, WI while selling for 2.86 in their own backyard following Kwik Trip pricing as usual...a follower in pricing not a leader! Gives breaks in other areas but price fixes in their own backyard.

Very rude cashier named Kevin who works at the marathon city store, and lazy, you ask for a bag he tells you to put in yourself, I am female and I hear from so many women on how rude he is to them, nobody deserves this kind of treatment, get rid of him and business will increase, thanks ?.

Terrible customer service. The car wash was malfunctioning & the employees held a discussion about how I didn’t know how to use a car wash(!!!??) about 2 feet from me like I wasn’t there. I repeatedly asked them to look out front where I parked in front of GLASS—wouldn’t even glance at my soap covered vehicle. After THREE trips to/from the car wash bays—one of them FINALLY AWALKED OVER AND LO & behold “it’s broken” NO KIDDING! The “manager in duty” would even turn around to face me until I mentioned I know the owners and would be calling them to let them know how horrific they acted! After the THIRD REQUEST, they returned my money and acted as if that was a FAVOR! I drove about 36 miles away to get a diff car wash to get the dried soap off my vehicle. GOOD GAWD... I work hard for my $ and my time is valuable. Wasted my time. Energy & disgusted with the employees lack of respect.
