I'm really surprised at the negative reviews here. I've mailed quite a few packages, and they were always thorough. No problems with the mail at any location I've resided at in their service area. Have had experience with Ronnie and Chris, and they've both been phenomenal. Amherst Jct. is equally as good.

I went in the Saturday before Christmas to mail a package which I never do and wasn't really sure how to prep or anything...the lady behind the counter was kind and helped me thru the process and explained the best way to be prepared for next time in case they were busy. She was so sweet and kind. Great experience
