I became aware of Ralph's service shop due to a review I read from a customer possibly on Google. I have given Ralph all of my vehicle work ever since. Ralph will not sell you something that is not needed. He is honest, competent, timely, friendly, and fair. He truly cares about his customers. Just overall, excellent customer service. When the situation calls for it, he will go above and beyond whenever his workload allows him to do so.

Every time we've taken a vehicle to Ralph's, he clearly explains the cost and work to be done. They do excellent work and have it done the same day. It's nice to be able to rely on an honest and reputable auto repair shop. I'd definitely recommend Ralph's Auto!

Great knowledgeable service.
They will bend over backwards to keep you going!
One time I came in with a tire that was loosing air. They were beyond booked, and couldn't repair the tire that night, but they filled it with enough air so I could safely get home.
Highly recommend!

Accepted my vehicle while technically closed, finished fixing it within 2 days without a scheduled appointment, and let me pick up the car on the weekend, again, while technically closed. This place will bend over backwards for you to get your car back ASAP without you asking them to do a thing. Highly recommended.
