Fantastic customer service! Anastasia got me out of a real jam when I drowned my phone, and the online Verizon customer service failed me. From now on I'll be going to this store for help instead of going through Verizon's company website.

The people are so helpful , they go out of their way to make sure all your questions and help you to use and understand your devices . They are very patient with those of us that aren't computer savvy.
