I lost the receipt for a battery core charge, but they were able to track down the transaction, refund me the core charge, and print me a new receipt for the warranty on the new battery. Just called them 15 minutes before close to ask for a specific specialty product- they had it on the counter waiting for me when I got there. Great to have a local place that keeps a lot of stuff in stock. I've never had anything but great service here.”
