I am a new customer to the KO Storage Facilities and I have to say that I am very impressed with how KO works with their customers to get them exactly what they need for storage space. I was on the phone with Jess, and explained to her that I would like to exchange the storage unit I have for another one that was available and fitted my requirements better and at less cost. She had no problem rewriting my contract and with in a couple minutes I was into my new unit and spending less money on it. Jess, thank you and KO Storage for the professional work that you do??

I'm a Senior Disable American Veteran 'Veteran, I have had this unit for my brother since 2019, they have been "GREAT" for all these years, my brother who alsi Veteran too was unable be rent a unit because of the financial mess he was in so let me rent in my name for him for all of these years and then my brothere would pay me back. TRAGEDY brother past away on the 7th of this month. They were so kind & understanding for my loss to closeout and let the unit go to auction because I'm a senior & Disable Veteran on a fix income I don't have any extra money to continue with this payment without my brother paying me back. The mangerment are "GREAT "I wish I could give them a review score of 10. Thank you "KO STORAGE of Amery Wisconsin".

Jason might be one of the best tele-representatives I've ever had to deal with. He also totally has a voice actor voice. Go for voice acting in anime as a side gig to your undying loyalty to KO Storage.
