Great communication and excellent service. Had a problem with my F150 rear end that the Ford dealer tried unsuccessfully twice to fix. Northside found the problem and repaired it correctly, I would highly recommend and will be back!

Northside Service is excellent. I was traveling cross-country and had an issue with my toyota, they immediately got my car in (day of) and parts ordered and I was out of there in no time. Awesome crew and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service with good people!

My trusty 2012 Frontier’s engine light came on two hours away from home and the truck was sluggish and definitely in need of attention. The crew at Northside Service scheduled me for the next day and quickly had me back on the road to places I needed to be. I also appreciated that they kept me updated and involved throughout the process. They definitely made a great initial impression with me!

I had an oil change. Easy to schedule and friendly. My second visit included repair service. Trustworthy and accommodating. I was given a loaner car and could take care of errands. All fixed by end of the day and my car is running beautifully!
