Took my vehicle in that I was looking to buy to get a look over before purchase. No charge and I came in within an hour of calling and asking if I could have the vehicle looked over. Great help and will be going back for future maintenance.

They are honest, hardworking, reliable!!! I have gone to Lymans for several years along with my family and friends, and we never had to bring back our vehicles for something they worked on. They have always been sincere and transparent when dealing with and solving tricky problems that I have had. Having your vehicle maintenance can be stressful, but with Lyman's, you can trust them with your vehicle and their ability to solve problems quickly.

I brought my car there the first plug fell off. I sat at auto zone for 2 hours having this random guy put it back on with seal tight. I got it on, and drove it over to Lyman's. Well the first plug fell out again, because I'm assuming he pushed on it and broke the seal tight. Anti freeze is all over the ground, and he has the nerve to tell me I have to call a tow and go somewhere else. Because he didn't do that. (Really he just didn't want to do it) it took me two hours to get it on at auto zone. He could of put it on the hoist and put it on very easily. When I got there he didn't even have it on the hoist. When originally, I brought the car there a week before to make sure there wasn't any issues while driving at a pacifically asked him to put it on the hoist, and please look at everything I guarantee he did not put it on the hoist, and he just let it run for an hour and lied and said that everything was fine.. he lost five customers today and probably a lot more once we tell everyone about the situation. My grandma's friend brought her car in there a while back and said she need a new brakes. He lied and said that her brakes were fine. She went somewhere else and her brakes were completely shot. The dad is a great mechanic and he will try to help anyone that he can't. His son does not care and will lie about things just to get paid. Eau Claire is a small town until it's cheaper and that the situation will be talked about to everyone warning them not to go to Lymans. I've dealt with his dad and like I said he's a really good guy, but his son is a completely different story. If you go to Lymans , please ask to deal with his dad and not him.

Highly recommend! I went out on a limb as I didn't have a personal recommendation for this place, but the reviews are spot on. Excellent customer service, reliable, honest, great work. I had a unique situation happen with my vehicle and Lyman handled it, quickly, and professionally. I'm telling my friends and families to switch to Lymans!
