All done going here!!! This is the “not convenient store”. Every time I go here there is some issue. Tonight card reader not operating. Can not run card at register either. Won’t open other register. Was told cash only. Really? Guess I will just spend my money at your competition. Just close your store. Also I have not ran into an employee that had a good attitude. Ever!! Poor customer service. Poor overall performance. Wish there was less stars to give.

This location has a chronic inventory problem in that they are always out of products everytime I go there. You ask the staff and they give you blank stares and the same answer all the time, "they should be in today." Save your time and frustration and go to Kwik Trip or Casey's, at least those places have better standard operating procedures in place and have the inventory all the time.

Have a woman with grey hair that has an attitude about whatever you want. I asked also if the store had chip (because some don't) and she said it in the rudest way and was thought to myself “it's just a question...sorry for askingâ€. Gas station is absolutely fine, just need a check on an employee

This place is not keeping pace with Kwik Trip. It is open 24 hours. And has Pat at the pump. The air pump is in an awkward spot and often isn't turned on. There is a subway store inside, which is nice because they don't offer the depth of grab and go food at Mega like Kwik Trip. The beer selection has gotten worse. They used to offer some local brews, maybe it didn't sell, but now it's mostly big brewery beer, which I don't care for. You can buy beer until midnight in Altoona, unlike Eau Claire which is 9 pm. Also, if you need to exchange propane tanks, go to Woodmans, it's significantly less expensive. I personally haven't had any customer service issues with the staff, they are always friendly.
