Great job. Not sure of her name, but she has purple hair. I just wanted some length cut off and shorter layers. She did exactly that and was super nice the whole time.
I walked in around 5pm on a Tuesday and the wait time was around 40min (not bad considering everyone gets off work at 5)
I had a coupon that made the haircut $15.

Amber is awesome! She agreed to take me at the very last minute, and quite literally saved my neck from a bad haircut I received from somewhere else. She didn't just fix it either; she went above and beyond.

Had a good experience, able to get in quickly and she gave my son a good hair cut. However not exactly what he wanted but he dealt with it.
Update: 6/3/24 went in yesterday and my oldest and youngest got hair cuts. My oldest went to pay for his and he looked at me and the lady didn't even try to clean off the hair on him. His forehead had a big chunk of hair on his forehead. When did this so being a thing to send your customers looking like crap out in public? Next was youngest who got a hair cut from someone different. He wanted a military high and tight. The top part there is a clear part that was not even remotely blended it's a blunt cut. And again no attempt to wipe off hair.
We will no longer go to great clips. Due to multiple bad experiences and not worth the over 21 you pay for a hair cut.

Came to only get bangs.. Lady butchered my hair it’s very uneven. She cut the side burns area where length was supposed to stay. Can’t hide it or blend that area to make it unnoticeable and it’s embarrassing.

Horrible customer service. Called asking to be put on the wait list. They refused unless I downloaded the app. I was driving with my 4 year old and said that is unsafe, but we would appreciate getting a spot on the list. They refused to do anything outside of saying...sorry we can't help you, dowoad the app.Not everybody has access to download an app to get a haircut appointment.Do not recommend.

Staffs were nice but they do not know how to cut hair. The lady who cut my baby's hair mess up his hair. It was not what I wanted for my son I'm so disappointed she mess up my son's hair. We now have to wait 6 months for his hair to grow out just thanks for ruining his hair.

Do not go here if you're a female and want a good haircut. They do not have time to do a proper haircut, I was left with half the job done on my haircut. Sad. They only get 20 mins to do your hair and that's it. Friendly staff though.

They give good haircuts for men.With that said…Their check in process is just overall stupid. Attempted 3 days in a row to check in online; did not work, errors out. Odd… its worked for me in the past? So i call. Let the woman know that online checkin isnt working, and asked if she could just check me in over the phone. Nope, cant do that…why? Because if they allowed phone checkins, they would get so many people calling constantly, they would have to have someone dedicated to just answering calls. Ok, fair. So i ask if i come in and talk to her in person, she would be able to check me in then; yep, no problem with that! So… you already have me on the phone. Im currently driving there. Im on my way. They DO have the ability to check you in over the phone, they would just do it the same way as if you were standing in front of them, but they wont. They CAN, they just WONT.Listen, i understand the reasoning. But for SPECIFIC circumstances when the online check-in is having issues, maybe just make accommodations? Because its the same thing. At the end of the day, the result if the same, and ive already pulled you away from a client to talk to you on the phone, so JUST DO THE CHECK IN ON THE PHONE. I promise you, it’ll take 10 seconds TOPS to do it, and you’ll have a happy customer the spends their money there.Well, that didnt happen, so i took my money to SportClips instead. Who knows how many other people found the online check-in not working and just simply didnt call and didnt go in person at all?Dont get me wrong, they do decent haircuts. Generally speaking, they have enough stylists on staff to keep wait times reasonably low. I have been going to greatclips specifically for probably 10+ years.But good lord, fix the stupid online check-in, and have the manager/supervisor pull their head out of their backside and allow for phone check-ins for SPECIFIC circumstances (like when someone has attempted to do the online way 3 days in a row).Who knew getting a haircut would be so overly difficult. Good lord. FANTASTIC management of these salons. Absolutely top notch?PS, im probably just gonna start going to sportclips from now on.

She took the time to listen to me as to how I wanted my hair cut. Went the extra mile to look up how I used to get my hair cut. Was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend her.

This place is utterly ridiculous! I call to place an appt online. I get there and was told someone would be with me shortly. Two gentleman walk in and said they did not make an appt online and never been there before. They get called before me. I just walked out and will never be back. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Very poor business practice.

First time going to great clips and it was ok. Wait was under an hour and upon arriving I had 5 minutes left of my wait time and was seen on time. I was paired with a gentleman who shared that he had just graduated cosmetology school a couple of months ago. Very personable and nice. I showed him pictures of the cut I wanted (short, above the shoulders). He did not ask about my part and just started cutting…which I thought was odd. We were going to play with the length a little to avoid me having the “flip” once it was dried. The cut took about 15-20 minutes maybe. He “dried” my hair, for about 15 seconds and I left with very wet hair…once I got home and dried it it’s definitely very flippy at the ends (lol) because it was cut longer than I had hoped despite asking at the end if he thought the length would avoid the flips-he said yes. The end of my experience at the salon was quick, I just paid and left. It definitely felt like he was trying to get me in and out quickly. I am only rating this 2 stars based on the outcome of my hair and how rushed it felt. Otherwise staff were personable and getting in was quick but this is a walk in salon. I’ll likely have to get my hair fixed and won’t return to this person again, but may try another one!
