I want to share an experience with this business. The owner of My Storage (Anytime Storage) does not return phone calls or emails. Her voice mailbox is also full every now and then, which only means every so often she DELETES her VMs to free it up without returning these important phone calls. Search the web and you'll find more complaints. I won't recommend her storage units to anyone. She's telling us our time is NOT valuable, but HERS IS. Terrible!

Never had any issues even with my card expiring. Just a simple call and everything was back on track. Units are clean, and just an all around good experience if you need a storage unit.

Horrible customer service; was told to call back on Friday if I didn't hear from her and when I did her voice mail was full; called again today and got her voicemail so I'm sure she received my many messages. This is an excellent indication that she is not one to do business with. Menards Self Storage, however, gets my business!

Very poor customer service. I called her on a Wednesday and she advised me to call her back that Friday to get a storage unit set up for that weekend. Friday comes around and I called her 3 separate times throughout the day, several hours apart, to no answer. I left a voicemail on my final call to her around 5pm and she neglected to respond that night or the following morning. I texted her the following morning just before 8am and she immediately read my text and chose not to respond (we both have iPhones, she has it set to notify you when she reads your text). She had assured me I would have been able to get a hold of her on Friday and I wasn't able to. Huge waste of time, don't bother with this company. The woman's name is Sherin or Shannon, something close to that, and judging by her voicemail she owns a few other storage properties in the area.
