I took my car there because a young man Rear ended me and it was the place recommended. I’ve had work done on the vehicle many years ago there. I was very satisfied with the work they were very nice and understanding. When I received my car back they had washed it scrubbed it and it looks great. Except for the weather lol which had snow on it but that can’t be helped but it looked absolutely wonderful. Had an appointment at 1pm. Apparently the guy went out for lunch instead of making sure he was there for my appointment. I run my own business as well and made this appointment in advance but my days fill quickly. I was told to just come back in a hour or so or later that week. Apparently my time has no value. I called my insurance company and chose a different company. 1st impression is everything.
