“When I first walked into this Kwik Trip, I was immediately greeted by an employee. They were so welcoming and so kind. Upon looking around the store, I noticed how clean, well lit and all around wonderful it was. The hot bar was well stocked, the employees all looked very happy, and overall one of the greatest stores I have been in.I am from about an hour out of town. I come to Green Bay every so often to go to Tundra Lodge. This Kwik Trip happens to be the one I pass going in and out of the city.During my visit, I grabbed the items I needed and headed to the counter to check out. The cashier gathered my items and read me off a total. Of course, great prices and quick service. She bagged up my items handed me my bag and told me to have a nice day. I waited for her to tell me she'd see me next time but, she hadn't said that. I walked to the door, confused. Am I welcome back? I walked to my car puzzled, the best store I've ever been into and I don't know if i'll ever have the option to return again.Now when I come to Green Bay, I have to drive by in disappointment to the next Kwik Trip over. It's nothing like this Kwik Trip.My opinion of this store, It's amazing, stop if you can, and I hope they tell you to come back.”

I know it is just a gas station, but it has a special spot in the community and makes everyone who stops in feel like part of that. Additionally, they have been very accommodating to my students with special needs.”

“I love this Kwik Trip and have had so many fantastic experiences with the staff. Despite management creating dangerous situations for their night staff and long wait times for customers by egregiously lean-staffing the store, most of the employees go above and beyond, and are always friendly and helpful. Because of this, I was very hesitant to dock a star, but Carl has lost that star for the store. This man is unfriendly at best, and outright rude most of the time. I have had many transactions with him at this point, and always approach him as friendly as possible, and his outright hostility is exhausting. When I see Carl at the register, I spend my entire time in line hoping the other cashier can take me. Management seems unwilling to look out for their excellent staff, but hopefully they will be willing to correct the one man on their team that is NOT being friendly or helpful to their customers.”

And they got the best chicken tenders than anywhere else, even at restaurants, you can’t find them that good”

“I’ve eaten there a few times. Always had great service and great food at a reasonable price. I made the mistake of going there at noon on a Saturday last weekend. One older gentleman and 5 or 6 high-school age kids who were running around and appeared confused. I watched the gentleman hang my slip on the left end of the rack while the kids kept taking the slips off the right end lol. After the third person who ordered after me got his food I drew it to their attention as politely as possible. I still recommend Hilltop, employees just need a little more training.”

“I have been using this pharmacy since Target opened in 2001. The pharmacists are nice and always go over everything with me for new medications and answer any questions I may have. I've gone in to pick up post-surgery meds and then when I come back the next week for a regular RX refill the employees ask how I'm feeling and genuinely seem to care. They always ask me for my phone number for the CVS rewards, which I know they don't have to do so I really appreciate it since I usually forget. When there are issues getting a medication covered by insurance they reach out to my doctor for help. One time an associate went online and looked up a payment assistance program for me, saving me $600/month on a medication that my insurance wouldn't cover. When I call they answer within the first few rings or if I opt to leave a voicemail I always get a call back within the next business day, if not the same day.”
